If you may get a chance to go to abroad you will feel huge contrast. Just check your master's way of life and humanity. Right? I have heard that this sort of thing happens in the army because they want to see if you can lead the people or whatever but CSS is literally for serving the common man. I'm a CSS aspirant from Pakistan and I'm shocked. Here we are getting selected if we don't treat the helper like a human being. I am pretty sure that the helper was also in on it, but this sends a wrong message to the aspirants that they should treat others badly if they want to be respected. I hope they could devise some new ways to check a person's leadership skills because this method can have serious repercussions for society. I also feel like this is a one-time thing; I don't think they do it with everyone because then, this would've been taught in the academies that give courses for the interview part.
