I had diesel in my coolant one time on my dd15 Cascadia and changed injector cups and all oring on O’Reilly store parking lot being 2300 miles away from home... can’t imagine someone else doing any engine work on my truck better then i do 👍👍

I just had this done in my my Peterbilt at a Kenworth dealer in Ohio. They found the leak on #4 and #6 and they charged me a little over $1600. So far everything alright.

If more then one is found to be leaking then replace all as per Cummins. Also, if removing all or multiple injectors do not mix them up. They have individual trim numbers that are programmed into the ECM.
I have the same problem keep on draining separator filter that turns fuel to red refilling coolant half gallon a day thank you for your video.

In a situation like this with excessive coolant loss, 1 gallon + a day say for 2.5 weeks. Then after repair drove for another 2 weeks before tanks was drained and system flushed. Would/could this damage the vgt turbo?

Kenworth does have a special tool where they can remove them and replace the O-ring without pulling the head I had to have it done on my truck about six months ago and they was able to do it without pulling the head just pulled them out and replace the O-rings but it is a special tool
Kenworth does not make an engine
You can't replace the injector tubes on a Cummins
Detroit series 60 EGR, DD15 & C15 not Cummins

Larry just bought a truck 2 weeks ago and it's doing this.. you can see the coolant bad in the fuel separator. How long can I run it like this? Dose it hurt the Engine? My mechanic told me to run it a couple trips to see what happens. How much would a job like this cost? I don't go to stealerships thanks
Mattering on where you go, $500-1000, there could be other issues. You should pull off your egr crossover and check to see it there is coolant there, egr could be leaking. If it’s not a crazy amount it’s not going to kill the motor, I think this one was like 1/2 gallon a week.
You can just buy the tool for couple hundred and the seals are not that crazy

Larry the correct term for the fuel line from the block to the injector is called "the fuel injector tube thingy "😁You mean you do all that work and there's no way to pressure test it? Hey Thanks for the video!😊

Whats the mileage on the truck? Is this a common problem on the X15 @ this mileage (being you suspect another truck of the same malady)??

Larry how did you take out the old ring
There isn't a ring in the cup before this procedure. Think of these as a shim, the cup starts leaking, you put shims in, coolant quits leaking. Unless its the head. If this doesn't work you have to get a new head.

Curious to know how many miles, i get white smoke every now and then on my isx after 10+hr idle but it clears out after 30 seconds of highway driving. 🤷🏻♂️
