I’m studying like crazy and going through every detail. HAVE to pass my NREMT, the first time. Anything that I don’t understand, I RESEARCH! We have all this information at our fingertips we have to utilize it. Your videos help a lot. I added your videos to my course work to get a better understanding. I can’t wait to finish, I study for hours everyday and when I take my exams for each chapter I breeze through it because of my study habits. My note taking takes forever as well but once it’s time to test, I know answers immediately. I keep a steady pace, and try not to rush because it’s lives we will be working with.
Currently doing EMT school condensed into 12 weeks. It’s been a really challenging 3 months but to anyone who’s thinking of doing this career highly recommend. Don’t let fear of failure stop you . Currently studying for my NREMT-B. COVID hit while I was in my EMT class and it took forever to complete my clinicals. After I finally finished clinicals, it was time for fire academy. I switched all my focus onto fire academy, and ended up passing all my TCFP tests! Although when I switched back to EMS mode for my NREMT I realized a lot of that knowledge slipped my brain.
