First, Hex is 600g cheaper than Parasma.
Second, it's the anti-bkb item, which is a mid-late game hard counter item for this venom build, so it's a must-buy whether it's cost is 3k or 10k gold.

well i play from time to time for 10 years - nothing changed- legend players are playing vs heralds/guardians. A lot of russians in eu servers, they don't know how to play this teram game- going one vs 5 - no listening to advices. 2 random monkeys can destroy whole match.

I think fast Gleipnir is better for some cases instead of Orchid. It increases farming ability AND has AoE root status for pretty long time. If you have LC, Pudge or any other killstack hero with this, it's free real estate.

This strat is genuine on safelane. Safelaner just picks up a carry who can go solo (drow for example)
Veno always squishy no matter how many damage you dealt.
Positioning could be a problem even for rizpol 😂

Before 7.37B Parasma gave two debuffs = 40% more on septic shock, on top of that you get the actual stats from the parasma. In all, I think Parasma was better.
I always like cancers, but when they are enemy side.
next time -abuse- utilize shadow demon's attacks give 2% stacking damage debuff, his shadows also adds the debuff stacks btw heheheh

PS : this has been "nerfed" because SHIVAS gave 3 debuff instead of one (don't ask me why, just look at the patchnotes)
because from -armor (Aura item), +spell amp (because its veil upgrade) , +Slow and Heal Reduce (from Shiva base kit)
