I'm desperate for him to succeed. Its clear the improvements hes made off the pitch bringing the fans and club together. Lets hope on the pitch we can get the momentum going again and get over the line.

@@danoxley2877 Too many draws from winning positions but shows how good Plymouth and Ipswich have been this season to still be more likely to go up after our 23 game unbeaten streak. I think we will finish 4th and at best lose to Barnsley at Wembley but I'm not even anticipating getting there. That's the best case scenario I can envisage and even that is a huge ask.

Great honest & open interview by Darren Moore especially with the recent dip in form.
He could easily have declined this but as a fan it helped me to personally understand & respect his thought process & mind set.
The part where he mentions about letting his players know that “the fans” also have stuff/issues going on in their lives but turn up each week to support their club/players resonates with us fans & is appreciated a lot!
I’m sure with a return of a few injured players (needed) & boost of confidence with our last league game win we can step up to the plate & give it our all in last 5 games & get our club SWFC back into the championship for next season!

What a good manager he's turning into. Does so many things right and any club he manages will have a good ethos and play some really good stuff........ But when it's time to hand out the prizes of titles and promotions, will he always fall just short? That has been the case so far in his career and looking at the owls last 5 games you have to wonder if he has what it takes, regardless of his many plus points, to actually get a side over the line?
We are about to find out if he will finally add a promotion to his two relegations on his managerial CV.

I'd be interested to know - honest answer - if we don't go up through the play-offs (automatic promotion is virtually gone, I reckon) would you replace him, or conclude that this season has seen a major improvement and give him next season to, maybe, 'finish the job'?

I really hope he can get us out of this league but even though I think he is a great manager from a people management point of view, but I don't think he is a tactician and that has shown at times this season, especially the last few games which have been really poor. Need to start winning asap otherwise we will fine ourselves in the playoffs. Reckon we need at least 16 points from our last 7 games to stand a chance of an automatic spot
