So in the second (?) chess game Rob played the Blackmar-Diemer gambit. It's Wikipedia pages Assessment section is actually pretty funny. Apparently it's a bit of a controversial opening
yeah, sadly Nick had a falling out with the NLSS crew. I believe he felt like only Ryan was there for him and the others were being bad friends. To be honest I haven't watched all the footage of Nick explaining it because it makes me sad. Nick, Josh, and Ryan will always be the true NLSS core in my mind.
Kory's eyelash tip at ~1:58:00 is legit. One of my kindergarten students got something in their eye and the nurse had them do exactly what he said. Pull top eyelid down over bottom eyelid and move the eye about. Worked like a charm.

@@kaedenrussell2921 The king can take the knight once Ryan moves it out of check, to either d1 or d2, the since anything other than d5 or d6 in response is mate, the king is free to take the knight. If he takes it he does lose tempo on the attack but trading a piece to gain one pawn + tempo is not a good trade.
I know it's not all too relevant to this upload, but I had NL's twitch vods running in the background and it started the 2nd Fortnite GECS vod and him talking about how the Mandalorian was a good show made me feel more comfortable about enjoying it and helped me get out of my recent depression and I just want to thank him for that.
2 hours of chess and 1 hour of fall guys....well that was a quick episode for me :) My perfect episode is Among Us and Jackbox I think. If that ever happens. I miss codeword.
chess is hard resident sleeper. The game itself just oozes smugness as well. It's hard to explain, but you know what I mean. "Oh, you moved your pawn THERE? Hohoho~. Such a beginner mistake~." Or, "Yah, I moved my knight to this square. I'm pretty great~. I know~." That's the vibe chess gives me.

Exploitation, of the workers, environment, and consumers is mandatory.

(which is a wrong take) and no good arguments against the core ideals and theory of socialism. Capitalism fails in the present, past, core ideals, and theory.
Personally I think socialism is a utopian impossible dream and any revolution is going to won by a strongman who has a monopoly on violence which will ether crush the movement and make the nation even more conservative or corrupt the movement and use the violence to create a authoritarian dictatorship due to humans weakness to power. But I respect the idea... I just view it as an impossible dream like world peace that wastes time from helping your local community with realistic goals and reform.

Socialism is a wide range of highly differentiated ways of thinking. As I said, you don't have to be for the abolition of state or class to be socialist. Leftists that engage with me are constantly frustrated my opinions, and me with them just the same. 2. Whether or not to achieve socialism through revolution is another thing that leftists hold wildly different opinions on. Personally, I'm with you man, revolutions are overglorified by my fellow leftists, at least the violent kind. HOWEVER, violent methods are not the only type of revolution. I am a syndicalist, meaning I support a form of revolution through peaceful means of mass unionization and strikes by the working class.
