Chris is merely a partisan contrarian where this subject is concerned and will always oppose anything anyone says about this story that doesn't side with "The Big Guy."
What's also funny is that people called in complaining about how they're "tired" of this process, when I'm betting they had _no problems_ with four straight years of a fact-free conspiracy theory that said "Trump and Putin" were "in bed together," that there was a "pee tape," and that "Russia got Trump elected."
And some of us warned people while that Russiagate farce was going on that _if_ a Democrat ended up winning the election, the Republicans would find _something_ on that president and go after him just like those others went after Trump. And lo and behold, we were correct?! Yeah, imagine that! 😝

Prosecutors do not need a "smoking gun" _or_ a corpse to both indict and convict _most_ citizens of this country. But with only Joe Biden, do we need that smoking gun or corpse? Why do you suppose that is? The OP is correct: that "nobody is above the law" canard is bogus.
If this was Trump with all of that circumstantial evidence hanging over him, you and others would be _killing_ him for it. Hell, you guys spent _four straight years_ promoting a fact-free conspiracy theory that had _far less_ "evidence" of the underlying charge of "collusion with Russia to win the election"; in fact, there was _never_ any evidence provided that could make such a charge stick! 😝
