Love your three finishes! I’m not a fan of mystery SALs because of the “mystery “ part, but anything Gilmore girls, count me in! Your red fabric for the Round Robin is amazing. Can’t wait to stitch my quarter 🫎
I feel you on the mystery thing! I only did evertote MFE one because I LOVED last years. And YES if you say Gilmore girls I will throw my money at you! 🤣
Mystery SALs are such a risk but there are definitely some immediate buys for me as well. Love the idea of a CM round Robin, I might try and set one up of my own
Hello there!! It is so nice to see a video of yours today. Will give you a brief update of my life. I have Cerebral Palsy and am mobile but do fall with no warning. I also work from home. On the morning of November 29th I was getting up to work and I fell and knew I was hurt. I use a walker regularly and was not able to put too much weight on my left leg. Went to the ER and they said I broke my fibula and they had a trauma surgeon look at it and they said it did not require surgery. They admitted me though to get me some Physical Therapy. On December 4th I was transitioned into a Skilled Nursing Facility to become stronger. I was going to see my orthopedic surgeon who has operated on my in the past. She said that the person that looked at my xrays was a hand surgeon and not a foot doctor and I needed surgery and would have it on December 13th. I did that and went back to the SNF. I was to be released to go home on 12/29 and I fell while completing my final PT on 12/28. I hurt my right leg and thought it was broke. They had it xrayed and it was not broke, just really sore. On 12/31 I was diagnosed with COVID. I finally made it home today!! I havent been home since 11/29 and is a treat to see your recent Flosstube. Sorry for the long explanation--but I had to share my crazy December. Hope you had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!
@@daniellebcraftingcorner sorry. I was so self absorbed with my initial comment that I failed to give you any comments about your video. I love how the snowman turned out. When I was a kid I could never master how to build a snowman and they honestly looked like your cross stitch--lol. It was not a ball it was more like i packed snow together and it formed more of a triangular effect and not the typical round bottom. The design really popped at the end with the colorful trim on the tree. I loved it. I also think the giraffe was great. I have a friend that is into giraffes and that might be a good design for her next year. Carolyn Manning is my favorite designer. I think the aida you chose will look great and make it pop once completed. You have me so so so tempted to get the Gilmore Girls pattern from Forbidden Fiber. I haven't completely ruled it out yet. Werent you doing a different Gilmore Girls SAL that a new section was released each season. I do totally regret not getting in on that. Think that is all for now. Happy Stitching!!
So many great finishes, love the little blue birds on Trimming the tree. Cannot wait to stitch on that red fabric for the Carolyn Manning!
I just worked on it some more this morning and loving it!
