✙ If you want, you can donate here: ko-fi.com/emulapor or here trakteer.id/emulapor Or you can buy me any of these: www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2EDJVUY9H1XMU
✙ The patch for Sega Rally 2006 (PlayStation 2) is marked as "fully playable", but in fact it has some limitations, for example the graphics are not translated. Also, there has been limited testing, and there may be undiscovered bugs.
✙ Ultima: Kyouryuu Teikoku - The Savage Empire (Super Famicom) is not 100% translated, and there are some issues with the numbers, but is playable from start to finish.
✙ Looking at their Github page, it seems like the last time Bomberman Jetters: Densetsu no Bomber Man (Game Boy Advance) was being worked on was last year, but they just announced it last month. The patch itself seems to be semi-complete, but the graphics and multiplayer aren't finished yet. I'm not sure if there are any game-breaking bugs or not.
✙ The iDOLM@STER: One For All (PlayStation 3) update patch translates all DLC. The patch for the main game itself was already released in 2021.
✙ The list of updates for Shining Force III 1-3 (Sega Saturn) is too much to write here. Please refer to their blog to read them.
✙ The update for From TV Animation One Piece: Yume no Luffy Kaizokudan Tanjou! (Game Boy Color) is just for the title screen, and the translation itself was released by Star Trinket in 2022 (I think), but falls under most people's radar, so I included it here.
✙ Argos no Senshi: Hachamecha Daishingeki (Famicom) was officially released in English as Rygar but they had a completely different OST, which is mostly noticeable in the dungeons where the Japanese track was much longer. The script in this retranslation takes a middle ground between the official English localization and the original Japanese. As such, localized terms like Eruga are respected, but localized terms which were not close to their Japanese counterparts have been restored.
✙ Tenshi no Inai 12-gatsu (Windows) is NSFW. Also, it was actually released in June, but I missed it.

how you going to find new translations now that the romhacking site is gone?

    • @emulapor
      @emulapor  หลายเดือนก่อน

@@boi9842 i'm not sure, but most translators share their patch on twitter so i'll check them there from time to time and share what i find.

@@emulapor I would also suggest keeping an eye on RomHack Plaza and GBATemp.
The first, as that is most likely the site that will be be accepted as RHDN's successor; the second, as it has an established history in the romhacking scene and has no danger of it being taken down anytime soon as it is mostly a forum.
I would also like to note NeoRomhacking, which is currently just a mirror RHDN that allows the patches to be access in a better and more convenient banner that the Internet Archive backup, but may grow into something more with time.
Either way, I will always appreciate the dedication you to making these translations known!

I'm glad you're still here. It's certainly been a turbulent month for romhacking, but the art will never truly die. Whatever home the community finds for itself next, I'll be sure to follow. Thank you for doing these; they are more important now than they have ever been before.

I'm glad that someone's translating the PC-98 version of Legend of Heroes, but I just wish someone would produce a translation of the sequel. Seriously, it's been a major blind spot in the English-speaking Falcom community.

the same person/team that made this patch said they would do the sequel too but i'm not sure how long it would take.

I had no idea that One Piece game even existed- thanks for notifying me of it's existence, especially now that romhacking is gone.
Also, that Bomberman game... was it ever released in the West and it's like the Rygar-game, and ghe localized version is so different it's still worth translating the Japanese version... or am I thinking of other Bomberman games?
