I make Chex mix, but mine is a little bit different than yours I do all the cereals. I also even put Kix cereal in it. I do the bugles I do the pretzels. I also get a package of Gordito’s that’s that brown bread and their snack mix. I also put a lot of cashews pistachios, salted pecans, and salted sunflower seeds I’ll put all of those ingredients together in several roasting pans very high deep roasting pans Then I take approximately 10 sticks of pure butter, and I like the salt in mine because real butter has to have salt in it. I made it when I was a kid and that’s the way it was always done.😂 so melt the butter, then pour evenly over each pan I add garlic powder and finally chopped garlic that comes in the jar and separate that buy all the roasting pans then mix it up good long salad, forks, and I put them in the oven. I have two Evans, so it doesn’t take long but you gotta keep an eye on him because you don’t want everything to burn. That has been my recipe for approximately 35 years. Nobody’s ever figured out what I’ve done over the years but that is how simple that is. I don’t like the same ingredients that they use on the original recipe of the Chex mix, so I came up with my own Merry Christmas
Loved, Loved watching the three of you working together! Thank you all for your caring and for giving to others! May all of you have a blessed, happy Christmas and a healthy New Year!
I wonder what this would end up costing per pound, with the sky high prices of these ingredients right now?? Don't mind me 😊 I'm just a mathematical 🥜🥜🥜🥜😊 I bake a variety of cookies every year for Christmas. I Decorate my 1/2 gallon canning jars and add the 8 different cookies in layers into them. I usually make at least 12 or more gift jars. That use to be so cost effective.. I had to come up with different, lower cost, but just as yummy. And still makes me happy to make. Merry Christmas every one.. 🎄🍪🎅⛄❄️
I would sure like to make this but I would only need about half the amount. I wonder if I could half the ingredients including the wet and have it turn out as good?
Combos pretzels also as well as sesame stix, flavored mixed nuts, cheesy and also spicy chex mix, bugles, cheetos, also wanna try making wasabi and soy flavored sometime as well as others i esp love pecans, spicy peanuts, cashews, walnuts as for that, spicy cheetos very good in it too, white cheddar cheez itz i enjoy a decent amount of worcester, garlic and onion salt too Thinking also of making sesame flavored, salted butterscotch and others Also, these hot mustard pretzel bites is it ghirardelis brand?
This is one recipe I wont be making because I can't fathom preparing food in garbage bags. Garbage bags are made with chemicals and not handled to be food grade.
I've never heard of anyone dying from eating off of a bathroom floor either, but still not a good idea! We have food safety for a reason. @@dixiemontgonery131
Just about every hunter in America puts game meat in them. I've worked at a few custom meat cutting plants and they put meat in trash bags. They are indeed 100% safe. The key is to use them brand new and not from the trash can🤔
Pioneer Woman, makes me sad and angry. All these chefs have there products made overseas. Cheap labor, more money in their pocket. Prices aren't cheap here are they?

@123npw* I see no reason why you can't just cut all ingredients in half or quarters.🦋
Yes you certainly can. The recipe can adjust down or up very well.

Silly question,. What do you mean red pepper?
cayenne pepper

"1 scoop of..." (the sauce) is very vague. A scoop can be a soup ladel, a gravy ladel, a measuring cup of any size, basically anything.
You lost me at trash bag 😂
Me at the 3 cups of vegetable oil. But... apparently people love this so I'll add a little next recipe.
NO, NO, NO!!! Garbage bags are NOT food safe!!
I never heard of anyone dying of it have u? Seems like they've done it before.
