Nice singing and Very amazing presentation and interesting film. I really enjoy watching your video, thank you for sharing my dear friend,I love it❤️ fully watched, stay connected
I used to watch this progamme all he time and then the pc took over. Thanks Andy love for putting this video up, I really enjoyed it. God Bless you love and all your family too x x x
One thing that always strikes me is just how close the modern world is to the filming, literally just out of shot in some cases. You wouldn't know because the camera work is spot on.
Cont.also, way back in June 1996, also filmed the filming at the police house in Otley for series 6 "Giving the game Away" were Nick meets an old acquaintance Errol Jones & where Nick's mum arrives back in Aidensfield. They then shot at the back of the house with Kazia Pelka (Maggie Bolton) meeting/talking to Nick in her Landrover. Will have to upload the footage when I get the chance. It's a shame there's very little footage of early series episodes being filmed with Nick, Kate or Greengrass.
Excellent video my friend! 5***** I shall be looking out for you with your camcorder when it's actually broadcast. And good to see you got 'David' in there (my favourite character). I have a lot in common with him you know ... lol. Keep up the good work and how about a few more train vids now then eh???
Great footage. Watched the filming of Heartbeat on 5/5/08; can't remember the episode but the girl from Corrie had just arrived in it & was shot in front of the pub with Gina bringing her baby outside; took ages to film a couple of secs that was shown onscreen. Watched also the filming of a scene on 31/07/08 where 2 young men arrive at Bernie's garage in a green Triumph TR4; sadly the footage I shot of this was lost, but managed to take a few still shots of the shoot.
It must have been 6 or 7 times for that first scene and they kept looking up to the sky as there was one or two aircraft in the area. And yes the episode has been transmitted, about 3 months ago.
I saw a recently video of the Goathland Hotel where they now have some stupid metal barrier outside the doorway with a roped off section where the benches are outside. They have ruined the look of it. I'm guessing they don't like people just sitting down for a few minutes without buying a drink. Pathetic. Imagine if Heartbeat was still being made they would have to remove them during filming. I'm guessing now there's now a big screen TV inside with BBC News on without the sound like a bloody Weatherspoons lol.
I love this programme watched repeats many times over

Used to see this being filmed all the time, as goathland is my family's number 1 holiday spot, such a lovely place :)

Yes it's a great pity there is little early footage it would have been good to see. Thanks for your comments.

Is HeartBeat a TV series or a movie? Very interesting.
Another train (of sorts) for your collection!

Thanks Kev. I kept well out of the way, far too shy...LOL. David is a great character and i think a very good actor.

Yes Jessyca the computer does seem to take over our lives. And God bless you both too.
@womblediehard Yes, North Yorkshire is one of my favorite places.
Pleased you liked it. I would love to see your vid, please let me know when it is up.
There's a lot of work and repetition involved. Now I know I don't want to be a professional film director.
Great vid!
It's a great place.
Yup :-)
It must be hard for them to film , especially when you can't close the village to the public.
I've been there before, not during filming though.
And so am i!
PC Younger's awesome.
