Your art work is amazing.
I am very new to string art.
For round art project - if a pattern has a circle that is 30 inches. And I want to make it smaller say 20". As long as I have equal amount of nails in each segment will the pattern still work out ?

No matter how large, medium or small the size is, it does not matter. What is important is to maintain the same distance between the nails: For small to medium sizes, the ideal distance between nails is 0.5 cm. As for large sizes, the distance between nails is 0.6 cm.

What’s the measurement you use to space the nails? Looks like 5mm?
Also what type of sheet is that to hammer nails in?

How many nails do you have from the center - to the edge of circle ?
I have 54.
Do you have the same number of nails from center to edge of circle
And the same for each triangle piece ?
I ended up with 8
Segments instead of 6 . I'm am terrible with math, please help 🤔🫣

Thank you for your comment. The most important thing that you must consider in the process of installing nails is to respect the same distance between each nail. This distance varies slightly depending on the size of the wood plank used. Between 0.5 cm and 0.6 cm, regardless of the number of nails.
