I would rather you sell patches like this for songs that allow me to play notes and chords as I want (with sounds close to the recording) rather than "Song Specific Patches" where I have to play a certain note and memorize a "pattern" to play the song.

We get this, but in response we’d suggest that it is quite simple in the App to bypass the midi fx you don’t want to use and then you’re completely free to adjust the layer ranges and mix of Sounds as you’d like.
Most folks do like the full recreation we do with Song Patches, but in the App you have tons of flexibility to quickly adjust as you prefer.
