This is an incredible piece of musical technology. I have this keyboard on my short list of music purchases.

Currently deciding between this and the soon to be released Roland RD-88.

@@qpianist5918 Excellent advice from you and the other gentleman. I'm not a very good keyboard player, and I've said this before; the issue is not so much that an amateur like myself might not even notice this issue with the keybed, but what I do notice is Casio's poor response to this issue. If they would have acknowledged that the keybed is not perfect, I could accept that. The fact they just blew off the man that brought it to everyone's attention, tells a lot about a company. They make nifty watches though. I'll be checking out the RD88 and the Korg XE20

Hi, thank you very much for the video
    Just a question:
Is it possible to create your own auto accompaniment styles, including creating your own drum patterns on the Casio Privia PX-S3000?

I tried this keyboard one time and frankly speaking I loved the piano sounds, but the other sounds like the EPs were horrible too horrible

Instead of providing 700 sounds, take that wasted sample ram and provide longer piano samples. The ‘Grand Piano’ is smothered in FX and reverb, the basic samples are short, you guys selling know this, shame.

You want a Tesla for the price of Volkswagen Beetle. You can get all the high end samples you want for $1700 in a dexibell.

The main piano is petty incredible considering the price of this instrument. I own the 3100, but I doubt this one was inferior sample wise.

It would be a great grand piano sound if thats what it sounds like in the flesh. However mine does not. It sounds wooly as if the soft pedal where depressed or a sock put over the speakers.
It sounds this way through headphones too.
Bright piano is passable. All the others are very unrealistic. Before anyone asks, yes I've been through all settings and it makes it no better. The samples we are sold are not as good as the samples shown here. The tone is cleaner and brighter in all the casio ad's
I was very disappointed on the concert grand default sound.
Ive watched other customer youtube videos and it sounds the same, a muddy wooly sounding piano, but as soon as you see the slick pro adverts for this keyboard, all of a sudden the piano sound is 10 times better?
Seems to me the sample sounds are of higher quality for the unit in the pro adverts and demo videos, but not as good for the consumer keyboards released. Either that or they have been altered in post.
I wont fall for this trick again and wont be buying anymore Casio keyboards.
Next time I will test in store.
      Roland here I come.
