Kalehiwot yasemalin dn.Gorgorios. you don't imagine how your preach saves our kids in this time and help them to understand our church and their respond. Thank you so much!
The word 'religion' comes from the Latin root word 'religio". In English it is translated to "a way of Life". It was used to describe someone's status or profession. Such as being a knight, a peasant, a noble, a farmer etc etc etc. It wasn't until the late 1500's did it ever become associated with someones supernatural beliefs in a higher power. It was 1st used to describe a group of cloistered hermetic catholic monks who disassociated themselves from the community as it being 'their way of life'. With that being said, given what know and understand about 'religio', aka, 'a way of life' we can clearly see that we need an 'organised way of life'. When I hear someone say that they don't believe in organised religion, I ask them, "How does disorganisation profit anyone?"
The above is a MISTRANSLATION! The original greek reads "blood of his own" NOT "His own blood" At Acts 20:28. This grammatica lconstruction is the same at 1 Tim 5:8 "....make provision for HIS OWN ( meaning those nearer & dearer to him). How can Paul have meant "The blood of God since he explained so well in Hebrews that "The blood of CHRIST..was offered to GOD" ( Heb 9:14)
I’m unfollowing you because you disappointed me. I ask you to bring a light and to speak out about the innocent people that died in Axum. To be the voice for the voiceless. But you choose to be silent. I lost my family. For some reason I expected action from you because I learn a lot from watching your videos. Sad.
i am sorry to hear that my sister i know what it feels when you lost beloved one its happens to me too just try to read bible or pray you will be comforted dont judge , condemn or criticize any one we all weak under heaven .
