Uhhh Good question. I think if you use Retroarch on homebrew and load have the PSX core and run the rom It should work? But I don't know enough about normal homebrew compared to CFW
@@GoombaKungFu outdated download was 150kb very rarely 4/5 mb's, the updated one constant 30kb's maximum. All the other downloads from steam or other sites are 8+ mb's. Not my internet at all.

It's okay! And no, the old 3DS is not powerful enough to run PS1 roms. This just can't work on an old 3DS.
