San Diego is too hot of a market for the young'ns. People are moving there from all over the world. Accept it. In the '70s, 40k would get you a nice place. But you were making 20k.
Very true. Seeing a lot of parents helping with down payments for the young’ns here in SD. Also, a lot of young professionals here who have great salaries.
