Zesting is what the small side is for. Lemon peal or orange peel. The bigger greater dide is also good for cheese. I've had mine for years and it is the best. You can also use it for shreading cabbage for cole slaw. Makes everything so much easier. Your hair looks great and I'm glad that you are enjoying it.
Your hair is beautiful. Looks great on you. For better and less fuzzy curls try not to do anything but scrunch it until it's completely dry. Fyi, I was a hairdresser for 46 years.
You are so cute when you get excited about simple things. The hairdo change was a good idea, not only for your looks but also for your enthusiasm for life. If you can keep that mojo going, you're going to love old age. Sometimes a little change can do some unbelievable things. The key to a joyful life is the little things. You learn that, and you've got it made. Like I said a few videos ago, you've come a long way since the pantry. You just keep it up, and I'll just keep on smiling, neighbor!
I love the wave, it looks great. I think the very long hair dragged your look down. As someone with naturally curly hair I can the best way is to just let it dry on its own and just keep scrunching it every now and then as it dries. Trust me, you can learn that easily and it's no work, no pain.
Just when I thought your haircut couldn't get more awesome, now you got the waves! Girl, I don't care what anyone says, you're a knock out! ❤ What made me smile brighter than ever, is just seeing you so dang happy! I agree with Kevin, when he said the hair cut makes your eyes pop. Don't know if it's the color or cut but you got it going on and I'm over and beyond happy, that you're happy! 😊❤🎉
Hey girl... Heyyy! 😂 Happy Thursday! 🐿️ I 💯 agree with just "Wash & Go" these days, too! I'm def in the "Glam-Glow-Down" mode in this stage of Life! Ain't nothin wrong with letting the hair down, and relaxin when we're WISER 😉 I like the "Figmint" line.. they're nice AND affordable. Def shop smarter. I think the smallest grater side is for "zesting" those oranges, lemons and limes!? 🤷♀️ I'd probably just use it like that not knowing. It just IS what I think it is. 😂 Let us know how your stainless steel pan works. I cook everything in my Air Fryer & Aroma cooker, cause "We Fancy". Haha LOVING your hair!! Stay Blessed❤
You look so pretty and so happy. I soaked it up like a sponge. I love your hair. Isn't it amazing how just changing your hair can change everything? Honestly, you look 5 years younger. I think that it would really good to see what happens. Keep taking great care of yourself. Love to you and your family. Just another squirrel.😅🩷
Gosh I wish I could let my hair air dry & have it look that good. Mine looks like I stuck my finger in a light socket. 😂 I need to figure out what to do with my hair, it's been the same long straight boring hair all my life. But like you were saying it's SO stressful trying to figure out what would look good. Anyways those natural wavy curls with that cut & color looks gorgeous on you. I think it's a glow up because you are glowing. It's just a different kinda glow up at our age. A better more comfortable one.
Maybe try putting a diffuser on your blow dryer after the texture spray. It will help tame the frizz and give you added volume yet your waves will still be wavy. Back in the 80s I kept my hair permed a lot ( Like WHO didn't, right?"). The diffuser kept my frizzies under control. I have fine hair which tends be shiny, and my hair dried quickly. It was shoulder length and I got told my hair looked like Jennifer Grey on Dirty Dancing. That made me feel good and my husband loved it ❤ Your haircut and color really brings out your eyes and your complexion looks so radiant. I hope this helps! ❤ I used the purple shampoo and conditioner when my hair was highlighted. It really keeps it bright and shiny. Now I'm 65 with a pixie cut and my hair is salt and pepper color (natural). My mom always used that shampoo when she was salt and pepper. As she got older, Mom's hair was snow white and she could be seen at night because her hair glowed in the dark, lol. She was 84 when she passed yet her hair was still as stunning as always. Purple shampoo and conditioner will be my go to from now on Your grater looks like my Kitchen Aid grater and I love the container that snaps on the bottom. Those tiny holes on your grater are for zesting orange and lemon peels for various recipes ❤
I get that same look with my hair only I have natural big curls. So when it's short all you get is a half curl on the ends. I use homemade mixture of jojoba oil, sea salt, and hot water. Shake it in a spray bottle too dissolve the salt and spray my wet hair with it. Totally get the beach hair like yours. My hubby loves it too
The waves look so cute! They make the colors pop! Try curl cream on towel dry hair. Then when dry smooth over the top. With your hair being shorter and textured, try dry hair with wave spray and the curlers. 😊💖
I feel you look beautiful either way, it's the walk, so I ' ve been told even at 63 still being told that same thing feminine but confident carry yourself well super small great for spices ❤
The itty bitties on the grater are for zesting fruit. You really need an Amazon veggie chopper, it has various attachments, can do tons of stuff. Love mine, wasn't that expensive at all, worth investment, truly, and I hate spending money. LOL
Oh ya, I also use the Kristen Ess products, I LOVE them! They smell AMAZING!! I meant to tell you that a while back when you mentioned it... But, I forgot about it, of course.
Oh way to go. Now you can cook your Salmon and Steak / Potatoes the way you want to. Yea for you. Chef Michelle. You can also cook Cakes and Pies in the Skillet. It is the perfect piece of Ovenware.
I remember my Mom telling me that after you cut your hair, it takes something like 2 weeks for it to fully adjust and be what it's gonna be. So - seeing the curls makes me so happy! LOL We used to put a little bit of styling mouse in when hair was damp, kinda rub it on your hands and then run fingers through all your hair then "scrunch" in sections. Let dry & then run dry fingers through to unstick any clumped bits. I think it looks fantastic on you! Also Figment is/was the name of Walt Disney World's cartoon dragon in the park but I don't know about Inside Out's Figment (I gotta go rewatch now... lol). The teensy grater part is for zesting citrus or can be used for whole garlic cloves, and is also PERFECT for really hard cheeses like parmesan to get that fluffy grated cheese like in the green can. The side with the long blade is actually used for slicing cheese for sandwiches and crackers, but may work like a mandolin for crunchy veggies, too.
I got a life is good t shirt that says jeans and t shirt 365. Google all of a sudden doesn’t like my prepaid gift card to pay for the membership so I need to get a new one even though the old one still has plenty of money. 💕❤️🫶🏻🐿️
Used to be a Hair-Designer. I 💜 the "Do" ✂️👍🏻. Like the "Fuller" Side. The Diffuser would make it a lil' Fuller. Hold it Out just a lil' way's from your Hair & then Scrunch. Am doin' mine " This Week" ! ! Have been th🤔nkin' about it for a month or two. U Keep Smilin' Girl ! ! 😃 (Vegas/Henderson)
Love your new hair! I have natural wave too but tend to get frizz if I use heat. I’ve found using Sally’s Beauty generic brand voluminous mousse scrunching hair while diffusing on low warm heat works great! Also the generic brand silk leave in conditioner works great too, but I live in a colder climate with hot humid summers which plays havoc on my hair texture!
Very similar cut and wave to my hair (at one point). Just WAIT till you actually get the beach waves on the beach!! I ended up getting CURL from the beach when my hair was that length. And you can use a simple mousse (I use Dove Curl Defining) and diffuser and get mega results.
Stick straight hair here, lol. Also wash and go, but always wanted your hair, lol. On the upside, I can use Peppermint Castile soap for shampoo, lol. Love your hair!
I have one of those graters and they work great. That very small side is what I use to grind up Fels-Napths for my homemade laundry detergent because my, my husband and our daughter have topical allergies to laundry detergent. That small side would also work great for cheeses for spaghetti.

They have clip-on rollers. You will be able to achieve the look you want without having to be a wiz with the Roller Clips or the Pins used for Pin Curls or Finger Waves. Use a hair spray called Freeze It for an instant set that quick dries and does not move.
Oh your so cute!! No really! I love ❤️ your hair! You could put a leave in conditioner in your hair but wow I can't believe the Terry cloth thing worked!! I'm going to have to try that. Thank you 😊. God bless you 💖 😘 🙏. Jk FLORIDA USA 🇺🇸.
😆 yesterday all day long I was certain it was Friday until my roommate set me straight! I just love your hair! ❤ I'm afraid to do anything so haven't! Yes, am chicken!! 😅

I absolutely love your hair! You look younger, and happier.
You need to keep this hairdresser. She did a great job.
I agree
Taking the length off of your hair makes such a difference. I really like the coloring too. Definitely try a diffuser.
You are absolutely glowing!! I love to see people comfortable/happy in their skin 💓💓💓
garlic and ginger ,parm cheese truffles, nutmeg
Even Cuter with Curlz! It’s super cute and fits you super well.

i can relate too.. my son makes fun of me...
Yup....same here 😂😂😂
The Florida waves looks good on you!
Be careful with the grater. They will take a chunk of skin off your knuckles.
It’s easier to maintain while short, just remember you can always grow it longer if you want.
Looking Great, Kiddo 😊

Box Graters are fantastic pieces of multifunctional equipment. Yea. Great choice.

The waves look so cute! They make the colors pop! Try curl cream on towel dry hair. Then when dry smooth over the top. With your hair being shorter and textured, try dry hair with wave spray and the curlers. 😊💖
Love your hair…you are a hoot😊
Your hair looks amazing!!!!❤❤❤
The small side is for lemon or orange zest or garlic, anything you want very finely grate.
Your hair looks fantastic like this with the waves. Love it
The tiny side of your grater is for Garlic and other Spices like Nutmeg.
I feel you look beautiful either way, it's the walk, so I ' ve been told even at 63 still being told that same thing feminine but confident carry yourself well super small great for spices ❤

I just use it the same way as everything else. Have had no problems whatsoever. The pans. The itty bitty grater, zesting.
Your hair makes you look younger. They did a great job.

In Florida you just have to embrace the frizz
If it was Friday the 13th watch out for Jason 😳😳😳 but Thank goodness it was Thursday 😂😂😂 I am a Florida native here Sarasota to be exact

if the holes were punched from the inside so the teeth are outside, it's used to grate lemons, oranges and other fruits into powder, (zest) for baking
I like your new hair cut and color.
The curly is nice. However I liked it smooth.

You grate lemon peel and orange peel or lime peel to use in recipes with the tiny grater.
grating garlic, ginger, turmeric. That is my guess. I have a plainer that I use for garlic and it looks like the same grate.
I think it’s darling. Makes you look younger and sassy. Keep the style

4.5 hours? I couldn't do it, but you look wonderful. I can barley make it through a 20 minute haircut LOL
Looks great !!!
🎉yes the right highlights or color makes your face glow
Oh your so cute!! No really! I love ❤️ your hair! You could put a leave in conditioner in your hair but wow I can't believe the Terry cloth thing worked!! I'm going to have to try that. Thank you 😊. God bless you 💖 😘 🙏. Jk FLORIDA USA 🇺🇸.
Happy Thursday!
Love the hair!!!
I use my itty bitty part of the grater for nutmeg. It comes like a round nut. I grate cheese on the big one, and zuchinni on the midsized one.
Shea moisture curl enhancing smoothie, swear by it
😆 yesterday all day long I was certain it was Friday until my roommate set me straight! I just love your hair! ❤ I'm afraid to do anything so haven't! Yes, am chicken!! 😅
Try the shampoo Wavy. You look amazing!
