Even if FSU wasn't to make the playoffs with a full roster, FSU certainly has got to be one of the most improved teams when you consider just 3 years ago they were near the bottom of the ACC. Even last year as much as they improved, I wouldn't have believed they were going to go undefeated. I can't wait to see when Clemson comes to Tallahassee with DJU starting against them.

Bottom line: Bama was overrated and did NOT deserve to even be in the CFP over FSU. ESPN sucks, their analysts are "YES MEN" and do the bidding of their crooked bosses giving every reason to deny an undefeated conference champion from their rightful opportunity just to allow an SEC team to be in the CFP. ESPN always rates SEC teams extremely high all year long, so even when they lose, they barely drop to the level they deserve. ESPN and Bama needs to give the money they stole from the ACC back to the ACC, or a lawsuit needs to ream them good. Michigan doesn’t make those special teams mistakes(miffed punt, completely botched snap and hold on a PAT, poor punting) and this could have been lopsided. Bama capitalized when it could on those mistakes and made it a game and put Michigan in its first “need to score 7” drive of the year and they got it. Duh. This Bama team isn't close to Saban's best Bama teams. What's scary is that the so-called experts didn't realize that, but we average fans did. Saban did one of his better coaching jobs this year for one of his more average teams.

Michigan dominated the 1st half but BAMA controlled the 2nd half until the 4 minute mark. Then Michigan made big plays and got very fortunate on the dropped punt. Give the guy that tackled Milroe in the open field in OT a game ball. QB made a huge play by catching that backwards pass as it would have been a huge turnover.
Good game that BAMA will regret the decision to not keep running after that substitution penalty.

The only reason that the game was close, was Michigan special teams. Check the game stats, Alabama didn't dominate. Michigan 6 sacks 10 tackles for a loss, Alabama 1 and 1.

The playoff teams were fortunate that Georgia was left out. Michigan is good but Alabama has been weak with out of conference play all season. Where that is Georgia strength

You did not over value Alabama. The energy in the Michigan defense was high power. Penix v Michigan defense will be outstanding.

But they're the ones forgetting every year that defense typically wins championships. Them being wrong here (and those who beat that defense drum were right) at least means they underrated FSU. Verse and FSU's front 7 would have absolutely feasted on Bama's pass defense. They were just very lucky this year that pass rush is where UGA was lacking.

Maybe these two should listen to NFL scouts... Those scouts that said this Michigan team has more NFL talent than any other CFB team this year, they might even challenge for most NFL draft picks in history.

CFP committee completely DESTROYED the FSU program (not just the season, the program). Just so they can get their SEC/ESPN/DISNEY/$$$ corruption in play. They had a 13-0 FSU team, ranked #4, and they kept them #4 consecutive weeks EVEN AFTER Jordan Travis injury. Then, FSU wins their conference championship, and OVERNIGHT, 13 morons behind closed doors drop them, and slide Texas and Bama ahead. Texas and Bama both have LOST a game already. They killed an *undefeated* 13-0 power 5 conference champ, to throw in two teams that already showed they can LOSE. All because they couldnt leave out a 1 loss SEC Saban. And guess what, they both got into the playoff, played undefeated teams, and LOST AGAIN. They showed you, both TX and Bama, YET AGAIN, that they can LOSE. Now they LOST TWICE. As where the 13-0 FSU team never showed they could be beaten. Sure, GA stomped FSU ***after*** the CFB committee killed the program, but GA didnt beat THE STARTERS that went the entire season and conf championship 13-0. Statistically speaking, those guys werent there. They beat on mentally broken 2nd and 3rd string freshmen with no reason to play at all. The playoff committee made this happen by showing them on the field play meant nothing!!! Well over half those starters that went 13-0, the MAJORITY OF ALL OF THEM in fact, never even touched the field against GA. The committe did that, not FSU, not the players, THE COMMITTEE. The only people that showed they could beat the 13-0 FSU ***STARTERS***, was the corrupt committee. ESPN/CFP/DISNEY/$$$.... CORRUPTION... SHAME... TRASH... Destroying the sport and on the field play. Im glad Bama and Texas both $h!t the bed immediately. And of course, just like Orgeon/Wash (everyone had Oregon, wrong), everyone had Bama beating Michigan, wrong, and everyone had TX beating Wash... WRONG. Predictions brought to you by all the same people/analysts/experts that HYPOTHETICALLY thought the 13-0 FSU starters shouldnt be playing in the playoffs because they MIGHT lose some future matchup based on their OPINION... so they kept them off the field and taught them theres no reason to play... well guess what... you taught them well... and they didnt show up to your charity bowl.
