It's pure water which has no minerals in it and a negivive oxygen I think, so it take minerls from your body and starves you of nutrition.
But also drinking water could kill you. There was a contest about who could drink more water; a women drank a lot and then, she died because intoxication, like the video stated.

Geovanny Exparza Well honestly it started because I wanted to be a scientist, but getting a PhD is difficult, a lot of work, and expensive. I went into something that could give me more immediate returns on my investment in education, and with metrology, you can go into applied metrology positions in quality and calibration. Then there's the theoretical stuff for those with a PhD. So it was a logical choice because I could stop my education at a lower level if needed and still have a valuable degree.

@DanJBMedia that is 13.5g of pure caffeine. a single cup of espresso contains ~64mg of pure caffeine meaning you would need to drink 210.9375 cups of espresso for it to be lethal via caffeine over dose. however if you drank that much you would hit the lethal water over dose.

DanJBMedia 13.5g of pure caffeine is nothing compared to what people consume in a day. For example you'd need to consume approximately 45L of red bull in one go to have 13.5g of caffeine. a normal 250ml red bull has 75mg caffeine. Well good luck if you wanna attempt that and try live 👍. If you already consume that much a day then holy fuck you have some caffeine addiction you should get that checked out.
