Unbelievably, drop dead gorgeous cars! What an accomplishment. I love those classic French cars from the 30s, and you have outdone yourself with bringing that style back. Congratulations on a magnificent line of vehicles.
This is by far the most beautiful car built in modern times. I used to draw cars all the time. This is the kind of car you park in front of the best restaurant in town. This is the pinicle of automotive art and design. I hope Devaux stays in business for a long time. I hope to be able to afford one some day. Thank you.
Very beautiful cars! Like the creator of these cars, I have always loved the design of French cars of the 30s with custom-made bodies. Always wanted to build my own car in this style. Much respect to the creator of Devaux cars - these works of art on wheels! He fulfilled his dream and that's the main thing. He will also forever remain in the history of the automotive industry, as a person who created a real work of art. I take my hat off to this man.
Accidentally discovered one of your cars for sale in Unique Cars. I would have never guessed it was local! Extraordinary design. I’m an amateur mechanic and craftsman… I would love to come and work for you sweeping floors if I have to!!!
Unfortunately, David has found the bureaucratic workload so onerous when producing a unique vehicle that it is not practical to continue manufacturing these cars. So enjoy the few that were made as there will be no more.
@@CuriousJag That is a real shame… it just looks so perfect… a wonderful throwback to Real Bugattis and Delages from back in the day. I sold myself short as I am actually a professional engineer and would have loved to be involved in any small way. Thank you so much for responding… totally unexpected. Regards Karl.
Definitely influenced by a Figoni et Falaschi Delahaye with some Bugatti Atlantique thrown in. Are the louvred bonnet panels alu or glass? Beautiful effort, make mine Jag engined!
@@CuriousJag Good grief! Cutting the voids in those louvres must have been a horrible job. I'd have thought getting the panel made in alu would be better, but then on very small runs maybe not.

Been thinking somthing like this should be done years ago . It’s nice to see some one step to the plate on this one

The bonnet is fibreglass and handmade by David, a brilliant craftsman. The prototype was built using a Jaguar twin cam 4.2 litre six cylinder car.

Absolute magic - brilliant future collectable......sex on wheels .....!!!
Are you sure the transmission is ònly a 4 speed auto????
The Devaux was made using both auto and manual gearboxes.
Per me è una auto assurda, non pratica ,e se costruita attualmente ha dei particolari che ritengo siano illegali vedi serraggio ruote . Saluti
The person representing is goofy acting , and gives vague answers . Good luck getting parts . No doubt there is NO warranty . YOU'LL BE SORRY 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
What is made by hand can be remade by hand. This is not a mass produced vehicle and is work of art.
Amazing car design! Better than the E type or Bugatti Atlantic!
