Subbed in the first like 10 seconds, your kit sounds awesome and I love what you did with the song!

Dude the kit sounds so good! Mixed and tuned VERY well! Also....you're very underrated as a drummer and you deserve more subs. You can add me to that list tho!

Hell yeah mate, this is legit!! Love your style, your flow is so nice :) Minor feedback on your mix, it's hard to hear your cymbals, you made a couple ride bell hits that don't come through.

This entire "ghost note" fad has got to stop. If it doesn't work, don't do it. Seems like people are doing the "poly-rhythms" and "ghost notes" by default. These are very rarely beneficial to a song. Stop choking the music and let it breathe.

you coming to my page and telling me how to play? WILD. 😂

@@ddanielvegatake a lesson from II himself. Tastefully plays without overplaying. Make that snare stop, man. Jesus. It’s just like going nuts on a double pedal. Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should!

@@mdoucette45neither of you talking crap, know what ghost notes actually are. Drummers play with the feel they want - and no, adding ghost notes doesn't constitute "overplaying". The hint is in the name.

@@Bo-lq5jf First of all, "ghost" is a new term. I've been playing for 38 years. I've heard it referred to as a phantom note previously and as chicken pecking or just pecking. It's been around since, forever. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I've never heard it so much in my life until around 2013 or so. Yes, since groups like Periphery, Tesseract and such hit, it was rare to hear them. The first drummer I came across that did it was David Silvera of Korn. The difference is, he did it well and when it worked. Songs like "Porno Creep" and a few others. I'm sick of hearing the snare buzz continuously through an entire song.

@@ddanielvega Well, I just did!!! You hacked the song to hell. Too much snare. You overplayed and took away from the song. I guess you're just a drummer. You should try to be a musician and not just a drummer. Lots of people like me exist. Percussion, strings, woodwinds, keys, vocals and sounds engineering. We're called musicians.

To extra with it ruin the song
