the tri pac is known as a apu auxiliary power unit it runs off the diesel fuel tank's it runs a/c and heat with the main engine off keeps the batteries charged and provides in cab power
Now if there could be a way to combine the "Pure Platinum" with this..... plus a "Pure Platinum" stacker behind. Your overcab sleeping could be king size! That would be a rig to behold!!!! Bad Chad did a great job "slinging shine" on this one too!!!!
Nice looking truck if you have the money, you only pull a top of the line Spacecraft trailer RV with this and nothing smaller or it will look out of place.
Ditch the TK Tri Pac and look in to #GreenAPU unlike the tri pac it has user serviceable part available at most auto part stores. Best APU on the market. No need for an external cooling fan.
Wow that’s a whole new level of ugly. Peterbilt lost me with the 589, they killed my favorite truck. The windshield is absolutely atrocious. The 567 looks so much better. Really nice build though
Yeah, the money you would spend on it for hot shot or commercial use i would not recommend it. Too expensive. You can buy 4 HD trucks for hot shot. 3 or 4 used rigs This is built for luxury use but still performing like a commercial vehicle
