Great looking truck! The grill is awesome! 5.0 combined with the 10 speed and 3.73 axle ratio should be a sweet combination. Too bad trucks are unaffordable for most of us.
@@rds990 I bought one! 2024 F150 STX 4WD Super Crew with the 5.0. My stickered for 54K also. Best i could do was 46K. I guess i should have walked. Anyway, I love the truck so far.
I own a 2023 sxt 2.7 and just picked up a 2024 sxt 4 door shortbed 4wd with 2.7 for $39,998 with rebates. Coming from a 2018 Silverado z71 5.3 the 2.7 has more power and averages around 2mpg better on the highway. The bigger screen and led headlights for the 2024 is a nice improvement. The factory halogen headlights on the 2023’s are criminal bad.
I purchased my first truck , at a Ford dealership, new truck over the weekend .. only had it for 15 mins and I got a indication on the dash saying she was overheating, just 50km that it , waiting from the dealership see what the issue ..not a good start
I just picked up an all black murdered out STX. I wanted a simple pickup with no options , it came with the 3.5 . It’s very impressive and get many likes on the road. I will not tell you the price as I’m in communist Canada.
I don't think you can call that a basic truck. I know they like to call it affordable but at over 50K for a 4x4 it's not close to affordable for most people. Question for you. Who is buying these vehicles with 7 to 8 hundred a month car payments? Disclosure, I bought a 23 STX in August with 13975 miles on it for 35500, but I'm an old guy and paid mostly cash. They put options on these that makes no difference while leaving off things people actually want. But yes I love my STX but would get a higher trim level if I wasn't so cheap. My advice to people is if you can afford it go to the XLT if possible. But this will certainly get the job done for most of us. ( you did not mention the vinyl floors?)
Just picked mine up last week. Brand new 4x4, 5.0 Coyote Supercrew STX 2024. $44k. GREAT price for a long term truck. $54k sticker. Best of all...CASH deal. She is 100% MINE.

I keep my eyes open for those videos!
2.7 is my fav engine, very underrated for the performance it has. My engine of choice more than enuf power for most truck owners
This video made me decide to go with the STX. It’s really the best value
I hope you got one. I just picked up my STX and it is great! It has everything I need and no fluff but still enough tech.
@FFPM371 Just got one as well. I am really liking that is simply a nice truck!
Nice thorough review! I think that other back up view you were unsure about is for towing.
I think so too! 👍🏼
Nice job Will & consider this as my first truck.

i drive by that dealer all the time, i'll have to go and check it out
Good choice! 👍🏼
Can you adjust the height of the driver's seat?
Not on the stx
No...but the upgrades make up for it.
Great video
Are mirrors heated at least

Can you stick a aftermarket trailer brake controller on it if you don't pay for the factory one?
Yes but not sure how it’d effect warranty if you have any electrical issues

Damped tailgate is NOT standard. Option only
Everybody reviewing 4x2's. Do they not sell 4x4's down south? You can't find a 4x2 where i live. Every truck is a 4x4 unless you order a 4x2.
I just picked up a 4x4 with a 38 gallon tank at 48K. I absolutely love it.
