Wow!!!!!! I have so much tension in that area I can feel it buzzing when I'm still. This class is a gem and I will repeating it regularly. Thank you.
Glad you found it helpful! Let me know how it goes.
I'm now a puddle on the floor!😊
Thanks Colm, another great one in the collection! 🎉
I ike when you explain what the challange is and the variety of ways we can help the challanges we can or do occur.
This is just plain relaxing, whether or not you identify as having costochondritis. I like to do it before bed. My chest/ribs/diaphragm are tight from stress, aging, etc etc
Thank you!
Glad you find it relaxing and helpful Betsy. If you like these types of sequences check out my on demand classes: app.arketa.co/learnsomatics/on-demand

incredible - my right shoulder has been rotated forwards for so long acute pain at the end of my rotator cuff. have tried all the arm/shoulder exercises - this is an amazing relief.
Glad it helped Giselle! Enjoy your more comfortable shoulders.
This helped my moving this morning i am very sore, i think i will do the other one too, thanks
This Costochondritis practice has significantly helped my breathing. Is it best to do first thing in the morning,in the evening or both? Is it something that will possibly correct itself with practice? Thank you so much for all you do....the great instruction!!!
Hey Gina, I’m glad you’ve found this helpful. Morning and evening are both great options but really any time you can practice is fine. Yes! With practice, as you reduce your resting level of tension generally, you should find you need to do it less. Keep practicing and thanks for watching.
Any other way to relax the stomach besides a crunch time stretch I’m not supposed to do that type of move
Hi Wendy, it’s possible to relax your belly by simply tightening/tensing it and relaxing it slowly without curling. It won’t be quite as effective tho. Why are you not supposed to do any curling movements may I ask?

Can having fractured ribs from a car accident cause Costochondritis? It happened about five years ago.
Hi Patty, I would think so, yes. I'd suggest exploring all the rib videos below plus the Side Bend.
