Sec87 seems similar to 5th exception of Murder....means it will be termed as Culpable homicide. But S87 is supposed to be an exception.

agar kisi child jo ki 12yr ya usse kam age group ka h uske na parents h na guardian h "lawaris" hai to wo apne benefit ke kaam ke liye consent ni de skta kya?? agar deta hai to wo sec 88 ipc ki category m hi fall hoga na islea waha age limit ni di gyi hogi...

Sir aap bolre ho ki accused plea na b kare to b court inhe suo moto apply kr dega but sec. 105 of evidence act kehta h ki court shall presume that no such exception applies and accused has the burden of proof ki uska case General exception mein fall karta hai

Section 105 talks about 'burden of proof', burden of proof tou obviously party par he rahega, court khud thodi na prove karega.
What i said signifies court applying a defence on basis of facts and circumstances of the case, lekin woh facts aur circumstances tou defence ko he prove karne padenge obviously.

Sir ek doubt ye hai ki....agr 18 + wala consent de reha h kisi game me like boxing me....par agr koi boxing game school me hori hai or child 16 year ka hai..to vo to consent de nhi skta kyuki benefit to hai nhi koi jisme 12+ wala dede....to 12 to 17 wale kaha jaynge or kon consent de skta hai agr jisme not likely to cause death or ya grievous hurt ho

agar koi woman Abort krna chahe to? tb bi pregnancy termination Act lgega kya incase woman pregnancy expect hi na krri ho to tb bi usko baby bear krna pdega ? please clearify this

According to MTP act, a woman can terminate up till 20 weeks of pregnancy.

very well explained but there is difference between abortion and miscarriage u have used the wrong word. It should be abortion instead of miscarriage. under section 91
