I am looking forward to fly B787 from SIN to BKK on next year. Last year they didn’t use B787 on BKK route. I had flown on both A330 to BKK and back from BKK to SIN on business class from few years ago 2018. Nowadays SQ no longer fly A330
That may vary in the type of fare you bought. In general you can bring 1 carry on, and a personal item. I would suggest checking your booking to make sure that it does include that.
Good question. I didn’t sit in the last row so can’t answer for sure. I have sat in the last row on LATAM’s 787 and it was. I want to think most airlines last row is reclinable.

@@farrahlichtenstein6908 I didn’t have any issues. I had a roller bag and a backpack. SQ doesn’t seem to be too strict on weights in my experiences.
