I'm sorry, I'm not following - how do you handle getting perma-uptime with unstoppable and proc-ing Tibault's? Is it only through spamming rallying cry? Or do you have any other suggestions?
@Lunatalli AND they forgot to buff core skills properly themselves! :-( All the damage always came from Gushing Wounds, the skills were already crap in S4.
@@flowqi212 I hate that! So so much. Core skills should be the biggest damage, right!? Imagine playing wow and doing more damage with auto attack than your spells 😂 makes no sense. “Spenders” should be the best abilities to press.
I really tried to make Upheaval work in S5, used a burning/bleed DoT build with Rupture and Xfal! 😅. Its really fun and interesting, but man, even with massive attack speed and infinite fury it seems to be miles behind any other class this season. Maybe I'll try WW next. People always think Barb is the strongest class, but they never take into account that Barb is a melee class with only one build for fast screen clears (WW + Tyrael + Twisters).
Yeah, unfortunately 🙈 what I want to try is Death Blow with Overkill and pew pew pew! 😂 I made a theorycraft already, but that wa with old items, need to update it if I ever loot good items for it 😁

At 6:15 you say "we are unstoppable all the time" when talking about the damage bonus on Tibault's Will. What mechanic is making you unstoppable? I don't see any source of it at all in the build. What am I overlooking?

What about Locrans amulet? easier to get to crit cap and the extra crit damage goes well with grandfather but i guess loosing an aspect slot hurts alot :|

In this case, if we want the x25 increased damage from cota, isnt wotb better as it can reach 100x? Assuming perma wotb and especially against t8 hordes for example where we are spending more time? The unstoppable also plays well into tibaults...so why cota?
Yeah, I am the slowest person alive when it comes to leveling 😂 would likely still be like 50 without clan members helping me level ahaha. WotB does work really well, that is true, but because our WW consumes so little fury, we cannot reach the full benefit before it ends and they fixed the snapshot, so we stack it and it falls of 😥 I am waiting to loot proper Arreat's with GA ultimate and GA cooldown reduction for 100% uptime to compare. Bad Arreats like mine were worse, but maybe! 👀
@@Lunatalli Exactly, farm those bosses to get the Grandfather, I got two my first day farming and used one for my last spark. I still feel weak as a Barb :(

In the last season i copied your flay build while all the people were making the bash barb and i have to say you are one of the most transparent and your builds work very well. So i was waiting your first build. We are all waiting a pit build. I read Rend is not a good choice as suggested by you in a different video. What do you think?
Thanks for the kind words 😍 I tried Rend, but the numbers weren’t impressive. My build was only like 1 GA and 4/12 masterwork, but still not where I’d like it to see. For pit push it is definitely still Flay, which I will make a video about, but will likely not have a gameplay for pushing as I already have my t150 achievement 😁 and if time allows and items drop, I would like to try PvP as well 😁

Most people are not interested in pushing all that much, just going for materials and having some speed farm fun. For pushing the king for barbs is still Flay. Which I will make an updated version for, for this season, but likely won’t play it myself as I did T150 for achievement already. Wanna try some fun builds instead 😁 probably gonna do death blow next.
@@Lunatalli I realized my dual weapon setup wasn't using a mace, so I swapped in a mace, and my damage significantly increased. Thanks for sharing this build!
Drop rate is so buffed. That in 30+ kills of Tormented Duriel/ Zir I got exactly 0 ubers.. I'm planning to get 4 ubers, but it looks like it will be a long ride...
@@nenadpetrovic8746 I’m sad to hear that 🥲 but at least some items can be substituted, like GF for normal sword with edgemasters aspect. That will allow you to more easily get both 100% size and chance to cast twice without masterworking on it. And that will also let you use devillish on amulet over fierce winds. Not a horrible trade off. The worse part is losing all stats from GF, but everything can work out 💪🏻
Soon 💪 though I will likely not be able to get the gear :D so I will just base it on last season experience + findings and connect it with the new items we can use for it 😁
Damage is depressing after playing a sorc and melting T8 and the bosses in seconds vs minutes it'll take barb on the bosses. Also 30 runs and that many ubers your luck is insane and not the norm.
@@Lunatalli Yeah I know Barb was at the top for quite some time. But all Blizzard needed to do was fix gushing wounds. The fact that they nerfed walking arsenal and their lead designer said "we did this so people wouldn't feel like they had to use it." Clearly shows they don't know wtf they're doing. Even if Walking Arsenal remained untouched no one would use it because it's pure ass for what it gives in return.
It's incredible, every one of these "guides" is the same "can do ALL content in the game EASILY... step 1: Have all Mythic uniques. Step 2: You win... So ridiculous

Totally agree 😁 but these days Uber mythic chance is 7.5% and they drop like crazy, so I highly suggest joining some rotations for bosses for the free mats from the seasonal quest (you get enough for like 60 kills of tormented) and try to get those babies 💪🏻
Very bait video without actual gameplay footage, imo. Also, the numbers weren't that impressive when similar numbers are achievable without GF and Ramaladni's by simply using a polearm and FoF gloves.

FoF gloves are a bait unless you are playing bleed (or any dot spec), which is why they ARE included in my bleed barb version 💪🏻 anywhere else they aren’t that good, unless you benefit from lucky hit, which Barb does not (unless playing Andariel which we cannot buff as well as some other classes). A lot of people think they are good because they see extra 1-300%, but that is not how they work. They can both lower your damage to 1% or increase it to 300%. In infinite number of instances, their damage increase is 50%. Sure, you will see bigger numbers flying around, if you get lucky with like the 300, but you will also see many smaller numbers. TLDR: in non bleed build, they are less overall DPS for barb. But if you want to play them, my polearm version is also in the planner with FoF 💪🏻 and will be made into a separate video 😁

Yeah, they overnerfed our core skill passives so much it’s insane 🙈 still can clear all content though, so I would say we are okay-ish? 😂

Have you tested Grandfather vs Polearm+Executioner?
For pure direct damage, GF is the king. For bleeds GF is now worse than ever 🥲

Rallying cry to boost fury gen helps a lot as well 💪🏻 as well as the clones. One of them gives fury 😁

If you are very low on your CSC, then Locran is definitely a good pick to make up for that 😁 for min maxing it is falling behind tho 💪🏻

the only thing that really matters is how the build performs against hordes 8, pit 101 and pushing, next time dont forget to record actual gameplay.

I tried replicating this build (without the uber ring), but my damage is still very low - around 12 million.
Make sure your WW is set to dual wielding with Ramaladni’s. I think it auto selects mace most of the time 💪🏻

To be honest, I would recommend Beast in Ice. I got pretty much all Ubers from there. It feels like Zir last season 😂

@Lunatalli only item that Is impossible to replace is tyrael's might. Basically increase survivability by 2x. There is nothing that can replace it..
