I love the dark ceiling. It helps to unify the different areas and de-emphasize the small things that would otherwise standout, like the ceiling vents. It also draws your eyes out the windows to the view. Well-thought layout. Enjoy!
I love following your videos! I also think the ceiling needs to be a light color. The dark color made the space look shorter. But loved those windows!!
Loved the flip up extend counter on the drivable its flush when lifted. Our 2020 22rbe does not have one but later ones do but do not fit flush when folded up
Thank you for the grand tours of Grand Designs new Lineage. The other two you were in looked nice too! I would like the white ceiling too! Can’t wait until the big announcements. Have a great weekend and week and great 4 th of July.
This is going to be fun 😂. Don't know if you got a message about the hikers at the falls you went to getting severely ill after drinking water ! I hope you are feeling better, Nathan !
Love your videos and the fact that you are fellow Tennesseans. After experiencing the quality, design forethought and customer service of Brinkley, it’s hard to think about Grand Design. I wish Grand Design’s change of heart regarding frame failure and warranty issues had more to do with doing right for the customer instead of caving when it affected their bottom line. I previously owned a grand design travel trailer and fortunately we never had any issues with it the year we owned it. Keep up the great work you guys!!
Wow the first RV, with the king size bed and that closet, I have seen bigger Tiny Houses that have less closet space than that. That fridge is nice, and some pantry space. That bathroom has more vanity space than the tiny houses I have seen, and that bathroom seems a bit roomier for that space. I love the sink with the accessories, and I have seen the glass rinser item too, they sell them on Amazon. I love that awning window with the pull-down screen and pull-up blind/shade. I love that you can open it even if it is raining and not have it rain inside. Is the TV flat on the wall, or does it have a swivel to aim it to the dining table/kitchen? 24 -25 feet long seems to be the ideal length for an RV or even a Tiny House. If I were going to travel a lot, I would consider a Class C about 24-25 feet long, and I would be more comfortable driving a Class C than a Class A RV. You are totally inside and don't have to hitch up and unhitch. You can pull into a rest stop and get something out of the fridge without having to go outside, which is great when it is raining or snowing. The awnings are nice and cover a large space. These are nice, glamorous RV's and modern looking. I would just want the counter space and bring my own NuWave Induction Cooktops that I bring out when I use, and store away when I don't use them, plus you can change the wattage, program them and have ample room for a wider pan or pot, and use them outside if you have an outside plug, which most RV's/Tiny Houses have. I just looked up Grand Design and Lineage, and the Class C, it says it is 26 feet, 11.5 feet tall, not too bad at all. I am thinking that is from the ground to the top of the air conditioning unit.
Grand Design knocked this out of the park for sure. You two did a great job showing these RV's. Very impressive. It was good seeing George too. White or gray?...Personally, I do not care. Just grill me a burger or two and I'm okay. lol
I couldn't agree more on the white or at least very, very light ceilings. When I was RV shopping all of the rigs had dark wood interiors. I hated them. A dark interior makes you feel like you're living in a cave. Keep the goods stuff coming guys and give the kids a hug for me.
With all the frame issues on 5 th wheels and grand design and not really addressing the issue, at this point we would be very reluctant to buy the new class b . A Factory tour would be the first thing, so we see how they are being build and what quality it really is ,for MSRP of 200 k or more , a lot of money in this economy
Grand Design walked us through the Lineage factory a few days ago and they are spending a lot of energy on making sure everything under the RV and behind the walls is high quality. They build a bridge in the factory so the hope is that people can tour during production and see the electrical, plumbing, and frame being built in site. We haven’t shown the tour yet because production hasn’t started. We want the factory live before sharing it. Hope that’s helpful!
Y'all need one for your more adventurous travels when you want to leave the fiver in Tennessee. I see enough room for everyone to sleep, but it still has the flexibility to go anywhere. I just wish it was in my budget.
Grand Design displayed a slide out version of the Serenova that might have been a murphy bed floor plan that looked to be a great couples travel trailer but I haven't seen much about it since the October event.
I really love the new Lineage, but gotta say that Winnebago has been doing this kind of layouts with the View and Navion lines (same thing, different dealer channels) for nearly 20 years. But still love this new Lineage model, especially the bathroom and that it's a king bed. Great video!
Glad you enjoyed! We took the factory tour and it was very informative and lots of stuff nobody else is doing. Maybe we can get some footage once the plant is in production.
That's George! (Video said Chip) And thank goodness he came in and shared one of the key points that these tours barely cover and that's the offgrid system capability. Using lithionics, which is great since Winnebago owns them now too. You guys should include a pop up that covers this info instead of just the gorgeous interior design.
Keep up the awesome videos. We have been watching you guys travel for a couple years now. My daughter and I met you guys at the Tampa show a few years ago with Finding our Someday. We started part time RVing right after that and love it. We have a 2023 40ft East to West Tandara 375 and travel a lot of the east coast in short trips. We bought 28 acres not to far from you guys in Rogersville TN we set up to visit. We now have 2 rv spots, two 50 amp rv plugs, water and septic. We have a trip coming up to D.C, upstate NY, Gettysburg and our property. We can’t thank you guys enough for being part of the reason we started our own adventures. Thanks again and safe travels.
Some awesome interior features for sure. I actually love the new sleeker decals on the outside. I just hope they can overcome the quality issues that have plagued the RV industry over the past handful of years on these new models.
I would’ve been more interested of the 25FW if the bed will not fold it and if the tank were heated like four season, then you would’ve got my attention
Let’s talk about all of the Rv big pull behinds that have had “troubles”. Everyone wants to call out Grand Design. There are several brands, outside of the Winnibego brand, that have had issues with the 5th wheels. Bottom line , talk to the manufacturer of your rig if you have issues. The best advice.. take care of your rig! I know many people besides ourselves, that take care of their rigs, among all the other brands, let alone Grand Design, that don’t have issues!!! ❤ 2020 Grand Design Transcend Explor owner here!
@@Babsnray What you said is true; the frame problem is not exclusive to Grand Design. With that said, Grand Design (and other manufacturers) needs to take care of their customers who have spent their hard earned money on their rigs and there appears to be a design problem with the frame (mostly Momentum’s). I own a Reflection and have been very happy with the quality. But I feel really bad for the people who have major problems with their Grand Designs built 2020 until now.
Hey guys been following you all for some time now and love that Lineage, my question is for your class B+ / C the Trend . I am considering selling our Winnebago Era 2010 no def fluid we love it but love the extra room on your rig , any issues that we might need to be aware of? What year is yours? Mileage? Anything that might sway us to buy or stay away from ? Thanks for your feedback hope to meet you soon
Currently we don’t own a class C, this really depends on your own personal preferences. How you travel and whether or not you want to tow a vehicle. Always get an inspection if you can’t or don’t have the knowledge to inspect it yourself.
I have been following you guys for years and absolutely love you guys. But, what grand design has done to the rv industry and the lack of taking care of the customers is shameful. NO REFLECTION ON YOU GUYS. That love goes on :)
We understand that, and have been working with them to help all GD customers. They have blamed changes in their manufacturing as well as extended new warranty policies.
I know on the Solitude Tour we just took they kept that a priority. Built in side tables just for the CPAP. I will look around in the Lineage and see if there is a good place for that.
The white ceiling looks better and feels bigger and lighter. The dark ceiling may feel like it is closing in and down on you. LOL Take care and safe traveling!
Well good for two people and a 3 foot door as an option ,would accommodate disabled people Something only a toy hauler would do at the moment with RVs I just hope the frames are sturdy enough for the weight With the proper springs As ive seen some Mercedes wheelbase c classes that were overloaded with a tank of diesel , a half tank of water and a toothbrush Then theres the price as were not all millionaires that can afford a 60 to 160k toy
@@LessJunkMoreJourneyyes I guess but I guess I also use gas more. So it won’t work well for us anyways. We do a lot of no electricity sites on side of road or which ever
Is there an option for a queen bed? That would give more space for those drawers. Definitely needs a curtain at least if you’re going to be traveling with kids. Door would be better
The problem is they, Grand Design really doesn't take care of all their customers equally. This is how they try to cover up for their failures and not have to admit their manufacturer defects that so many of us are stuck with and are endangering so many people on the road. .

I agree with George, that ceiling needs to be white.
If it was up to me pearl white.
That’s good feedback thanks!!
I can’t believe that 1st one is only 25ft! It’s a fantastic layout. Great video guys & Marissa, you looked beautiful, that outfit looks great on you
Thanks so much! 😊
I love the dark ceiling. It helps to unify the different areas and de-emphasize the small things that would otherwise standout, like the ceiling vents. It also draws your eyes out the windows to the view. Well-thought layout. Enjoy!
So true! Also love it hides the hand prints and other things that happen to get on a ceiling with kids around. 🤣
I love following your videos! I also think the ceiling needs to be a light color. The dark color made the space look shorter. But loved those windows!!
That’s good feedback!!
The windows are 😍😍😍😍
I was looking at buying a larger class c, but the way the Lineage is designed, I could totally live in that one!
It would be great for a couple or a single!
Loved the flip up extend counter on the drivable its flush when lifted. Our 2020 22rbe does not have one but later ones do but do not fit flush when folded up
That’s a great detail!
Great job you two 👏❤
Thank you!! 😁
That kind of window they're using in the Lineage is the best! We had them in our truck camper and now in our 2018 Winnebago View.
They’re awesome 👏🏻
Good use of space and the ceiling makes it feel warmer. I would put a full size mattress though.
I love it!
Nice rigs. Thanks for showing.
Glad you like them!
I love the grey ceiling on the class C its my favorite design of a class C beautiful ❤

We did, we think it was general sanitation in the canyon.
Does Lineage come in a version with a couch instead of the dinette?
Yes they do! I believe it will be theatre seats.

You really need a bigger rig that is set up for laundry. There are no class c of this size that has laundry.
It’s really difficult to accommodate laundry in a 25 foot space.
I always cook on multiple burners
I think that some people would need more than one burner, but I wonder if there is a work around- like using an instant pot.

I will pass on this one. GD has years to convince me all is well. Anyways 25 feet that on a good day is maybe two people at max.
For short trips this could accommodate a family of four nicely.
Good call Grand Design- launch these in NYC where no one is familiar with rvs…and more importantly no one knows about frame flex😂.
They’ve been installing brand new redesigned frames since 2022, and have provided extended warranties.
