@narrowboatmaggiemay I have known Pete & Step for over 20 years. I was introduced to them by my late wife Julie in Kelvedon Essex when Peter was the local school caretaker. In fact Julie & I took them out for their first time on a day boat on the Oxford Canal. We were the first people that they called to crew Maggie May when they first bought her. We moved her from Crick to Yelvertoft Marina. Over the 7 years or so that Pete & Steph lived aboard we have spent many a night aboard up and down the country.
We have friends similar to yourself and Julie who first introduced us to boating! We’ve had nearly 6 years on Maggie now, similar to Pete and Stef. Seems like a bit of a cycle!!
