There are many more songs where Aretha does much more yelling(which I totally LOVE, by the way)! Next to Gladys' version, I can see why you say, Aretha did "a lot of YELLING"). Aretha's the most versatile singer this country has ever known, thus far(2023), and one of the most celebrated! She's not overrated, she just received the praise, love and "RESPECT." that the G.O.A.T. deserves! Her music has something for everyone. She does much more than yell. Maybe Gladys would've done some yelling too, if she had the "chops" to do so. No disrespect to Gladys, who is a fine singer, that I love very much. I'm just making, what I think, is a fair and appropriate statement, in my opinion.
