In this video I show you how easy it is to disconnect and reconnect your front sway bar if you have JKS Quicker Disconnects. They are fully adjustable, have pivoting joints, and also have tapered connecting rods. I highly recommend these!
Also, enjoy some shots of the Iron Rock Offroad over the knuckle heavy duty steering kit. I paid the extra $20 to get the upgraded 5/8" grade 8 hardware kit which required us to drill the pitman arm and steering knuckles. The drag link and tie rod are both made from 1.25" solid cold rolled steel and weight about 42 pounds to give you an idea of how beefy they are. The weak hollow tube style steering kit from Rusty's Offroad was badly bent from the Rubicon trip so we opted to replace it with this heavier duty IRO kit. I was very impressed by the overall quality and ease of installation of the IRO kit and the detailed instructions with photos were great. Steering response is immediate, tight, and solid without the banging and knocking noises.
The track bar is Rusty's adjustable with HD frame mount.
The springs are Rubicon Express 3.5" with 2" coil spacers.
The shocks are Doetsch Tech 8000 Prerunner Series with IRO bar pin eliminators.

How are those Iron Rock Offroad tie rods working out for ya? I've been through 3 sets with ones with tie rod ends, and thinking about going to Heim Joins. Do you still get any wobble while driving with those Iron Rock Offroad tie rods?

They're working out great, very beefy!! No wobble, no steering issues at all, and no stabilizer needed. Highly recommend the IRO OTK steering kit, and get the 5/8" hardware upgrade if you do it.

So I've got the IRO 7inch long arm kit sitting in my garage and it's missing a few parts. Would you say these adjustable sway ends would be able to handle the 7inch lift? They're advertised for only 6 inch lifts but I don't see any other options on the IRO website. Thoughts?

I'm now on 8" of lift up front and they work great!

I never ran sway bars so can't really give you a good answer. JKS quick disconnects are very nice and adjustable though.
