Today we're going for a walk around Chiado on a rainy October morning.
Chiado is one of Lisbon's most vibrant and historic neighborhoods, blending old-world charm with modern elegance. Located between Bairro Alto and Baixa, this district is known for its rich cultural heritage, lively atmosphere, and artistic significance. Chiado has long been a hub for intellectuals, artists, and writers, and today, it still maintains that creative spirit.
One of the highlights of Chiado is its beautiful 18th and 19th-century architecture, with notable landmarks like the iconic Armazéns do Chiado and the grand *Teatro Nacional de São Carlos*.
