    How can she expect forgiveness after she cheated on him and left him high and dry when he trusted her and depended on her for moral support? Now when she's jaded and completely exhausted, she wants to be given a second chance? How very convenient!

      If he does hire the woman who cheated on him, he will probably show her that he will no t put up with any sort of nonsense, and will probably be extremely strict with her work and making sure she is very dependable for the job.

      She wasn’t asking for another chance just wanting forgiveness and that she saw the error of her ways and just wanting the job

    The acting can be inprove! And Well the dude did the right thing not to accept her in the office.Cause as much he or they wanted to professional it will always be awkward every time they will see each other. But I want to see a part 2 of it.

    overly dramatized. There are so many red flags in this guy, 1. He is overly emotional, egoistic and too cocky. Doesn't know how to behave in an official environment, bringing past into the present. Even his colleague realized this one was his ex :-D. This is not how a manager/ top executive needs to behave in an office setting.

    Hey look i get it, i have been cheated on too and it hurts but eventually you move on to someone else who can appreciate what you have to offer. This guy here obviously couldn’t let it go and went from being someone i felt sorry for to being someone i despise. Never abuse your power. In this situation if you felt that angry towards her he should’ve just excused himself from the interview for personal reasons and had someone else do it. Instead he acted like a complete jerk and asked questions no one asks in a job interview. If had been her I’d have just said sorry but i cannot go on with this interview because we dated and i cheated on him and he’s using that to make his decision. I’d also said that no matter how bad my life was, i never took my personal life into work, i was always professional which is something this boss isn’t able to do and for those reasons, I’m out.

    • @tusharkumar8750
      @tusharkumar8750 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Maybe you didn't heard about "Grill Interview". Yep maybe he was taking revenge but in a "Professional Manner".

    • @itslikethesamebutdifferent8020
      @itslikethesamebutdifferent8020 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@tusharkumar8750 whether professional or not professional, this interview wasn’t appropriate and you know that. You know how they say colleagues shouldn’t work together? It is because of this toxic behavior. If he’s willing to make me feel uncomfortable then i would return the favor and say her boss is using personal reasons to not give me the job despite my qualifications. While trust is definitely a factor in getting a job, you should first look at the resume and see if they got the skills for the job which is THE most essential part in getting or not getting hired. If his reasons were justified then the workplace would be half empty as most people have cheated at one time or another and i know 💯 % for a fact that everyone lies so in essence, no one can truly be trustworthy. Am i right or am i right?

    I say life is too short to hold such evil drama against this woman. Forgive, heal, and reconcile...the only way. to true forgiveness. EDIT: I notice that younger men on these venues, tend to blame and "Man up" for the right reasons, but the wrong attitude, IMHO. For those men in this zone, please take a suggestion from a guy who has seen over 7 decades of m/f harmony/disharmony attitudes, and younger guys please take note of a winning attitude toward past "wrongs". Many women who look for an emotionally stable man, will ask this question of a prospective fella': "How is your relationship with your Ex?" More mature women want to hear him say that he is at peace, forgives, forgets, drops the rock, admits his part in the prior breakdown, and shows that he is a truly whole man, talks civilly with his Ex,, NOT broken and with an attitude. THAT honesty will attract eligible guys and gals together. After all, isn't that the real reason we date in the first place? I am not discounting others' experience, only saying this from my mature perspective. Hearing from the experience of like-minded women, please? thanks.

      I guess our perspective is different, No disrespect to you but if I got a messy break-up with my ex, me also can't able to handle the situation cause I will and want to date a girl with whom I totally feel good and real, I will definitely "open up" fully to her and if someday I will catch her "cheating" I swear I will never able to forget and will give another person a chance in my life.
      However on professional part yes, you have to change your prospect but again friends, no definitely not.
