Thanks again for the wonderful work. These presentations are spectacular, an amazing visual resource. Videos are an amazing tool for learning airplane systems. I look forward to new videos of the various systems of the boeing 777. Wonderful work.

During Control Wheel commands, there must also be an input from the FLAP LEVER to the PFC , to help the PFC send the proper command to the Flaperon.

Make one about the 737. Does this plane have pneumatic flaps?

Flaps have been covered in the flight control series.

Cool video. One question, where's the mechanism that detects the pilot's intention to override A/P with his sheer input force? I assume there would be a transducer somewhere between the control column and the backdrive actuator which senses the pilot's input force by measuring some form of strain?

Exclusive channel to understand the mechanism of aircraft with the enthusiastic work of animation. Hats off to you. May I know which software you used for these animation making?

I have a mechanical question. How are the outboard ailerons attached to the wing, are there more than two hinges? If so, how can they handle the wingflex, as an up and down movement wouldn't be possible if there are more than two hinge points. The hinges aren't in a straight line anymore when the wing is flexing? Just imagine a piano hinge. It will only work correctly when straight and not when you flex it slightly.

its nice technical video. What I find odd is the animation of actuation. The rotation axis and the lever arm are doing some unexpected movement.

Can the flaperons move in autopilot? As one of the authors on the missing MH370 mentioned the plane was on manual mode and the flaperons were fully down at the point of crash. Eventually claiming that the pilot was active at that time.

Flaperons move during flap and roll commands. The autopilot system cannot extend the flaps, but it can give a roll command. Therefore, autopilot can move the flaperons.
