Love this, your video are my favourite out there. I have trouble getting to their foot on time, when you can't do you just get up on your feet? And then try grab their block their knee instead? Also, this is called cyote guard?

I gotta remember that detail about getting down under the hip when I'm trying to get leverage for a sweep from bottom side. Tonight was my 3rd class back after covid and a 250 pound training partner roughed me up good from top position, haha. Thanks for the video!

your videos are great Brandon! one question here - you said that when your training partner hits the point of no return, you underhook their leg. what is the purpose of this underhook / what does it do or help prevent? is it to prevent the hip escape?
