I listen to this song when I think about my loved one who is currently serving in the military. This song reminds me that no matter how far my loved one goes, no matter where he is, he will always find his way back home to me. Something he actually said, “Remember, I will come back home. Promise you will wait for me until then.” I promised him I would wait for him, a promise I fully intend to honor and keep. I know he’ll come home to me once his time in the military is complete. I miss him terribly, though.
