I listened to this song for the first time last night. I am a fan since 1981 from USA, SF Bay Area. We had a night club that was famous from about 1981-1986, called Stargaze in Fremont, California. Simple Minds were the only band that had their picture on wall as you entered Stargaze and the only band that had one special night dedicated to their music. I love this new song. It’s stuck in my head. Charlie’s guitar riffs are as infectious as ever and love the lyrics and the positive energy of the song and the band. Bravo! 👏🏼👏🏼

Simple Minds are a phenomenal band. I love their dreamy lyrics and melodies had a crush on Jim. Me and my Walkman got me to school and work. I am so happy I was in High School from 82-86. I remember the Stargaze also. It had that big silver statue (Angel?) I think. We went in the last 20 min to dance. Remember the Quake (Rock of the 80s) radio station? They played Progressive Rock. We had so many eclectic groups back then. I saw Simple Minds in LV in 2018 for the first time ever. I was two rows away from the stage. I was so stoked, it was memorable and exciting evening. Stay cool.
I'm a South Korean fan. The long-established band is sticking to their own style of music, but also showing a better future-oriented look. I hope the Simple Mind Group will continue its value as it is forever. It's the only group that I like among overseas groups. Thank you always all things that.
Good song. Good melody. Definitely, a new heroic anthem for live concerts. Jim Kerr's voice and Charlie Burchill's guitars to the top. Good heavy bass from Ged Grimes. Catching up with their roots for success based on the historical Kerr/Burchill nucleus. I cross my fingers for the album to contain more tracks like this one. This is what the sound of the Minds should be about. Apparently, Mel Gaynor left the band, sadly. But the girl behind the drums takes her mission seriously! No loss in frequency. I only hope one day to see the whole historical band line-up back on the blocks on CD and on stage with Mick Mac Neil, Derek Forbes, and Mel Gaynor. Just once.

Wow just wow!, this is old school Simple Minds sound! I love it! I´ve been a fan since early 80´s, seen them live a handful of times, most recently in Copenhagen, Denmark, in late spring 2022.
You recognize the guitar and it's player a split-second after Charlie starts playing... still amazing after all this years! And Jim's voice sounds "older" and more mature but still adorable... I get myself in the row of the ones that can't wait for the new album...
