OH MY GOD! I am just watching the tell all right now and is fummmmminnggg over how people are acting like mike is just innocent and is playing Natalie as the bad guy. They are just toxic for each other so they are both at fault and it pisses me off so much that the majority of the cast is pinning blame on them. Especially some of the men, jovi, Andre, and Ronald. That toxic masculinity they are displaying towards her is just......UGH, it disgusts me to the core. Mike has displayed lack of effort is what Natalie is saying. Natalie is at fault, but it is not about the percentage, or who is majority at fault. They both are in a MARRIAGE and constantly fall into bad behaviors or habit. For example, Natalie is an aggressor, she is going to lack control in emotion causes harsh words to come out, and defends her self. She wants her way and is stubborn to her beliefs and yada yada.
The people over look mike is because he is not as prominent. He is the opposite and shuts down. Under stress, he avoids. He puts less and less effort and doesn't care ( in the moment) why she is feeling so strongly. Mike is fails to communicate his feeling while she has a better communication than him. He also gets comfortable when people are on his side. Notice how if they are not, he gets defensive and says it is not their business. He wants to make it seem like he is not majority so he can AVOID the stress it may give. He didn't even stick up for Natalie when his mother tried to SABOTAGE their OWN wedding. They both have different love languages, so they are causing fraction towards each other. They are bring out each other's bad side, so it means that they aren't on the same page nor understand.
Summary: Mike doesn't confront unless he has someone on his side to validate his opinion. Natalie confronts his head on and let her emotions take over and have a negative connotation to it even though she has good intentions and mean well.
They both are good people, but not good or compatible towards each other.
