    Hi, When a user is creating a new email, for that use case also there is an existing inbound action right? thats why its getting created. You showed us a reply email scenario. Right sir? Thank you for this video.

    Hi, i am able to create a record through Inbound Action but i am not able to receive email from developer instance for record creation? What could be the issue? Both Email sending and Receiving properties has been enabled?
