How to repair a stiff makita DGA454 cordless grinder with only a piece of paper.

- Sometimes over time the stator in any cirdless grinder cam work it's way loose. In this case it was drove over by some one causing the rotor to rub on the stator.
This is quite a simple fix and a cheap one. Simply fold over some paper and cut it the the correct size and place it as the opposite side of where it's rubbing

We used to use bits of scotch magic tape for shims on machinery back in the day. Cheap, durable and thin enough to give you control. Big benefit over sellotape being the relative lack of gummy stickum left on the machines.
Why don’t you have a blower to blow the grinder on the inside?

Dean I have a DW705 mitre saw and need the inner and outer clamp washers for the blade where can I find these having trouble locating them or is there another set I can use 🙈
