- We have all likely heard of the term stewardship but do we actually know what it means, and are we actually obedient in doing so? Are we stewarding over the things God has given us? As homemakers, are we stewarding out homes well? In today's video, that's what we will be talking all about.

Minute mark to, but especially at three minutes into it. It is exactly where I got convicted about. If I cannot take care of my own property, then how can I get more property or you can apply that spiritually to a lot of things, but it makes sense as to why I seem to be blocking my own blessing, so therefore I am the problem but yet also the solution with Christ where he can turn water into wine, where He can turn something plain into something sweet, tasting with purpose!!

Pray for me! I’m not good at housekeeping or cooking. Not proud to say that but I’m now pregnant with my first baby. Jesus has been pressing me to work on me about this. I’ve struggled for awhile with pain due to endless and fatigue from pcos. Fear of pain, hormones help with fatigue and old fashion lazy is what I battle. I need prayer to not be afraid and for me to learn to do better. I have adhd so I also feel like house cleaning is boring (no dopamine). I want to do better!
Try setting a timer and cleaning a room in 10 mins then move on to another room it makes cleaning more exciting … also I used to be so tired during the day, I started taking beef liver pills, and it changed my life I now get up at 4:15 every morning to workout and prep breakfast! So much energy! People use it as a prenatal too!

I will be praying for you Sadie. I as well had to learn how to be the keeper of my home and cook. I had an illness about 8 months after getting married that caused me not to be able to do literally anything I was in so much pain. I could barely walk to the bathroom some days. I understand fatigue and nonstop debilitating pain. I couldn't do anything other than be on the couch most days. No doctor or specialist could help me, and I saw a lot. When I had our first baby about a year later, my 'mystery illness' got a lot better (praise the LORD) but I still struggled many days. I barely cooked for my husband. Here I am, years later a testimony that the Lord can do anything. Nothing is too great a problem for him. Keep your trust in him, keep getting close to him and believe in his timing. It gets discouraging at times, boy I was very discouraged at a point, but the Lord is faithful to those who love him. With him, you CAN do this. And Congratulations on being pregnant with your first baby! 😇🤗

i live in a 1 bedroom place with no kitchen. i dream of the days where i can have even just a small kitchen to make a coffee or grab some milk from from my own fridge. that same verse convicted me to STILL be grateful for what i do have. and to steward the place I DO have bc someone else might be wishing to have just a small room. ❤

This really resonated with me!! Stewardship is sooo important for me. Living in a rental that was not taken care of, didn’t have new appliances or deep cleaned prior to us moving in, I was a little bitter honestly. But getting stronger in my faith allows me to have so much more grace and gratitude for what He has given me. Now I gladly deep clean it because like you said, it’s where we live! And we have to take care of all the things we are given ❤️ thank you for this beautiful message!

This is my third time re-watching this video and I had such a strong conviction the very first time that I walk today is that I actually maybe it truly is God just somehow end up getting half of my kitchen completely done without even thinking oh, it was gonna be hard or Owen too tired or all I just don’t wanna do it right now with out any hesitation, I just found myself starting to do it!! Ive been keeping a home for almost 40 years. Sometimes, we need to hear this as a reminder. Its something ive been struggling with as of late. We are now empty nesters. Im battling the depression that moms tend to have when it happens. Because my home feels empty, you get the "dont cares."
I needed this.

That is definitely a time I think about even now, being my kids are so little - just imagining the day they won’t be so little and won’t need me so much and won’t live with me. It’s bittersweet because in one breath you are glad God have them such a life, in another it’s sad to see them go and not be around always. Just the thought makes me sad. So I can’t imagine being in that stage like you are now. God bless you, and I pray God brings you much comfort in this time.

My mama and I always had to rent. Believe me, we kept it clean and never had to be embarrassed if the landlord stopped by. One week every summer, the only time she ever took vacation was spent deep cleaning and painting the walls or sewing new curtains. She always took me out for a treat a few times that week. You don't ever have to be ashamed of where you live if you keep it clean and tidy. Blessed to all the viewers.

I love this, and needed it right now in this season. A gentle reminder of stewardship. Please pray for my dog, Koda, who went through a bowel obstruction surgery in the beginning of the year, and has been doing so well, buy has had blood in his stool the past couple times I took him out. Please one into agreement with me, that He is healed and whole and this will pass, speedily, with no issues ❤

Prayers please for my son, we're trying to figure out different allergies so prayers that he won't have any more reactions and that we can figure out what we need to avoid! There's an allergy challenge Monday and we need to avoid all antihistamines until then so also prayers that we don't need them. And thanks for God always watching over my son, thank God the allergic reactions have never caused breathing issues

@@ahomemakersnotebook right now he's 5 years, and it seems like he's been recently getting nut allergies even though he was fine eating them a few months ago 🫤
Prayers are sent right now and just remember that there is no distance in the spirit and this means that if we pray for you, even if you’re across the world entirely that you will receive that prayer answered immediately because God has no limit , He’s outside of time, He’s outside of space and distance !

This video is so timely. In my devotions this week I was reading in Hebrews about Moses being faithful in God's house. The issue of faithfulness and stewardship resonated with me. God expects us to demonstrate these qualities in whatever sphere of work, environment, or resources He has given us. This video blessed me. Thank you for sharing.

Watching from Botswana, Africa and this is a powerful video. We've been praying over our finances in our prayer group and one of the things we first did was acknowledging that some of us had made decisions that were contrary to Biblical financial principles and had to repent before asking God to miraculously intervene by way of provision etc. The repentance brought humility and conviction for better stewardship over finances. Next we prayed over our children and The Lord convicted us on whether we are discipling our children effectively according to His word, the children are ours here on Earth but ultimately we are just stewarding over them because they belong to God. So seeing this video on stewardship over our homes is so powerful because it lines up with what God has been speaking to our prayer group.

I'm pregnant with my 3th baby ,and will be my 3th c-section.
Please pray with me ,for us to be safe during pregnancy and during the C-section.I feel so anxious about this.Everyone in my family saying this could be life threatening 😢
The doctors said that we should be fine but it still bothers me hearing my family speaking negative thoughts
I will keep you and your baby in my prayers but I’m trusting and believing you two will be just fine 🤗 my sister had 4 c sections and still lives to tell the story ❤️ Gods got you and your baby in his hand. Trust that he has a plan for both of your lives and he only wants the best for you both. Hold onto that when you hear the unsettling comments from people - our God is way bigger than that negativity. The lies of the enemy wants you to be fearful and anxious. “For God does not give us the spirit of fear but of power, of love and a sound mind..” ❤️

I hear you, I felt the same way a few weeks ago and I only have 2 kids 😅 so I can imagine with another little one. My kids haven’t changed with their demands, but the way I structure my week has and it’s made ALL the difference. I think you’ll find it very helpful. It’s actually a video I’m currently working on. I think the Lord let me find this video and your channel. I’m new and this is the first video I’ve seen so far. We (my husband and me and our 19 year old son) live in a 19 ft camper. And I just recently have been convicted about being a good steward of taking care of it (just because it’s not a house for now it’s our home) and I love how you talk about being a good steward in different areas.

Hi lovely ❤ firstly I'd like to thank you for such a good video and allowing yourself to be a living vessel and oracle for Christ Jesus. Financial stewardship has been really on my heart and the Lord has really convicted me on how I spend the money He gives me. I had this mentality that when I have money, I'm good, that I don't need to budget, save, I can do whatever I want and somehow God will fix my poor decisions and clear my debts. But the truth is I was sinful, irresponsible, and lacked spiritual and financial maturity. I now have squandered my money, am unemployed, have been denied of state unemployment benefits. My prayer request is for the Lord to pay my rent and give me money for rent, bills, and then furniture for my new place as I just moved and don't have a bed yet. I also would like to add for my prayer request that he give me the wisdom and understanding to steward money the way that pleases him, regardless of if it is large or small, and peace of mind as I wait for His deliverance from my debtors. Thank you❤

Hi! You started by talking to my Lord Jesus, my Savior and Companion and Master! You too?! Aaagh, you're making it so hard to stick to my minimalist limit that I try to stick to, to have under 20 or under 30 channel subscriptions! But here you are talking about all the things, homemaking, housekeeping, cooking, grace in the exhaustion, stewardship, plus the verses I was just reading to my husband the other morning about if we're faithful with little, we'll be entrusted with more. My struggle is mobility issues (which wont stay chronic because by Jesus' stripes Ive been healed!) which for the temporary moment make it nearly impossible to clean the floors, baseboards, and up in the cabinet shelves. I actually have visible dirt and spiders, and I dont trust myself climbing on a chair yet, and my husband has chronic issues which also are on their way out because they have to bow the knee to the Name of the Lord of this home....
