I see more cheaters in standard than ranked now days. at least 1 in 2 standard games. the moment they lose twice in a row they just get super good and wallbang everyone.

I just think his video would get much more traction if it had a title like “Playing ranked against 29 Cheaters Straight in R6” Something like that. Good video and I think it would’ve gotten more likes and maybe views with something like that; although I checked and this is above the regular view count on this channel per video.

I only say this because this video popped on my feed a day or so ago and I thought to myself, haha no, the game has gotten so much more attention recently and people have been playing more. So I didn’t watch the video. Not until today; just before I made that comment.

I quit because of the BS ubisoft is pulling. Crap changes past year, face cheaters in elo Diamond+ every other game or 2 in a row. This membership Crap was a major slap in the face, and the game has lost its identity and has become completely foreign.
No one would’ve gotten mad if they put the member ship in a different update that had more content, people are mainly mad about this season because because of how poorly the dev team marketed the “new features and content”.
As a console player I’m tired of mnk on console, feels like every other game at least 1 player is mnk and since I got into the valorant beta not a single issue with mnk on console as the developers aren’t going to accept it and just outright ban anyone who is cheating. Until Ubisoft do the same I don’t see siege surviving tbh.

false had an all time peak late 2023, but its dying out again. mainly cus of cheaters, i had a plan to hit champ this season but im stuck at emerald cus theres a cheater every game now past platinum
I wanted to grind champ this season but after the second day I've just taken a break. 2 days into the new season and I already play blatant cheaters, it really brings my motivation down.
Right? Was this update for Ubisoft to clear the roster of cheaters by seeing who shows they’re blatantly cheating? I dunno, coz after this deadzone bs I just stepped away. Like how are you going to not only take away my ability to flick within microseconds to not being able to track an mnk cheater who I could try and rival against last season. I was getting decent with my aim. Now Ubisoft wants me to Ubistall, and forget about this garbage. The blantant amount of mnk, it’s not just a lazy crouch spam, it’s the lack of recoil to having insane control over the curser (the ps4 analog stick has like 32 directional sense analog, while the PS5 has like a 64 directional sense analog). I could get insanely slow and hair thin adjustments to manage headshots. Now I can’t even move my analog without the curser moving a mountain. It’s lame as fuck, and I’m extremely frustrated.
I left at year 3 after realising that there's tons of exciting games to be played.
Made a video on this topic that I published yesterday. This game we all love it but the issues are too many, I think I had a good handful of reasons for why the game is dying and what ubisoft can do if it wants the game to not die and I didn't even mention cheaters which just shows how many different issues there are and the playerbase is no longer just accepting it anymore.

Ive officially gotten more elo rollback from my 11 games this season so far than the 300 matches i played last season. Ive had 4 legit games this season and roughly half my games last season had some cheater in it. So maaaayybe Siege has started being more proactive than last season
Why did rook armor get a self revive & his acog back when Zof lost her withstand & 3 speed? Shaikko clutched up in pro-league.
1) Why did Ubi add a metric fuck ton of random recoil to every single gun? Pro-league hated Beaulo using Finka.
2) How does it make ANY sense to get rid of placements for the sole reason of making the game easier for casuals by "not accidentally putting people into too high ranks" when you've now fucked everyone by forcing every single Gold V to Champ to be hardstuck in low ranks because now they face each other in copper.
3) Ranked is unenjoyable for EVERYONE, due to the fact good solo q's get shit teammates against a good stack to prevent win streaks & vice versa.
4) Why is the hit registration so absolute dogshit this season? Why did we stop getting a new map every season? Why do operators like Alibi & Solis get their impacts removed meanwhile Valk still has impacts AND a C4 to choose from?
5) The game in its entirety is unfun for a million reasons & I haven't even mentioned cheaters. Officially quit & from the sounds of what Shawk, Beaulo, Varsity, Skittlz & a handful of other streamers have said, they would too if it wasn't how they made money.
6) Siege isn't dying. It's dead. Just because people still play it doesn't change that.

I domt know wtf is going on whit rainbow six but i play on xbox one and fking god there is a lot of xim assoles and we start to deal whit cheaters whit legit hacks, a lot of visual bugs and a lot of lechanicall bugs, god is fking torture even play on console.
Last seasons it was only high rank. Now any rank above emerald is unplayable.
The only problem i have is the amount of cheaters in champ literally played 3 games yesterday and all of them had atleast one cheater the game is ass because of this. Why the fuck wont they fix anything???
Its a common fact that when every game starts dying it gets infested with cheaters. I remember bo2 bo1 days when those games started to die it was infested.
Well ubisoft / steam should increase the price for R6 game, so everytime a cheater gets banned, he loses his account and pays for another one.
As much as this has been a massive topic why do the devs still not care ?
They'll only care when investors are asking why the player base is dropping, the problem is that as long as the amount of people playing stays high, the devs/investors don't care

:nerf anything the play base likes to use
: no new content (not what is was before)
: fail to address the cheating problem
: put out a 40$ game with a 40$ season pass plus a battle pass and now a membership
: also been a minute but the toxicity changes just made trolls more powerful
I think the problem is not a small amount of new content, but that if it is added, it is literally shit, which does not compare even with 1/100 of what was given to players in any operation from the first three years of the game. New operators are a mix/replacement of the old ones, as was the case with Kali and Glaz or Kaid and Bandit. TF2 has not been updated for several years, but it is still being played. Why? Because the game is a fun gameplay with those obscure mechanics that no other game has. It's the same with the Siege. It's still being played not because of the new content, but of the mechanics that the old team that worked on this game created. Siege community literally play for old times' sake and that's a fact. I'm sure that if Ubisoft had given players servers for operation White Noise and some kind of a map editor, it would have been the greatest game in the history of the gaming industry.
The blatant lieing about cheater statistics and ubi allegedly doing something about the problems at hand.

this is exactly why I only play quick match rarely any cheaters and its so fun I dont think that cheating will ever go away because these companies seem to only want to automate the process for banning cheaters instead of hiring actual people I hate to say it but i think pc siege wont live for much longer
Thanks for speaking up, I love siege but the state right now is "Unplayable". I hope they do something about it soon or it will lose a huge amount of its base players. “60% greater ban rate” real slap in the face to the pc community and then the amount of people still running around with zen/xim and MnK on console is another slap in the face to the console community. The sad reality of pretty much every competitive fps game is just being ran by cheaters on both pc and console it just makes me want to give up on gaming and it’s the only thing that made me happy in my free time and now it’s just when am I gonna run into the next cheater… soo depressing
i think people forget you can get walls and aimbot on console too bc as a console player there was an extremely aggressive azami who was just destroying everybody and after seeing a few sus ways she killed me I thought she might be walking and then one runout she did sold me she was cheating I had destroyed all defaults a while before broke a wall and then was droning by I window like 20 meters away and the azami ran out looking directly at me unfortunately for her there was a pillar between us and when I looked at the killcam she was just spraying while ads strafing past the pillar and was just locked onto my head the entire time

I’m Em 4 with 1.4 KD this season. I’ve only had a few games with cheaters so far in 49 Matches. I honestly thought there’d be more. I wait 2 minutes between each game and 5 between each L so maybe that has something to do with it!

You mean its worse then 2 years ago cuz hitting diamond and playing diamond and champs I noticed how many cheaters there were, like 40% of my games that were blatant. I played the game for 4 years straight 24/7. I think cheating is a universal problem in shooters now due to chatGPT, they can easily script around new code with help of all this LLM's now. Hopped over to RTS. Warno and soon Broken Arrow lol.

send this to ubisoft montreal and make them make a kernel level anti-cheat that scans Pci-e slots so they can't run cheats on a second computer just like valorant did even though I hate that game it has less cheaters than any game I played minus fortnite cause I never really seen one Battle-Eye is a old anti cheat system that doesn't seem to be worked on anymore and it sucks that a company like ubisoft is using it and the real problem is they have put 0 detection measures for cheaters like if someone kills too many players fast then that guy is cheating just like we saw in the video has a higher KD than 2.0 that guy is either cheating or smurfing has a high winrate , WAVE BANNING does nothing to stop them because they have multiple alts they should be banned on the spot ubisoft doesn't care at all!
Siege started ironically dying in operation health. It slowly decayed until it became an empty husk of its former self. Player numbers maybe high, but spiritually the game is deceased.
And it dosent even matter if you're pc or Xbox because it's either cheaters or ximmers. There's literally no way to play without cheaters

On console i just turn off crossplay cos if I see Xbox then there’s a xim on that team, and it’s funny cos I just played valorant and on the first day kids were already getting BANS for mnk, Ubisoft is majorly lacking if val can do in one day what siege apparently can’t in nine years, and don’t even get me started on dead one glitch making aiming on a controller feel even worse

I dont play on pc but my guess is that cheaters are mostly in high or low elo, in high ranks bc thats where they wanna be; and in low elo bc they made new accounts so its fewer in between
