Resident evil finally has a good game
Bawk hitting hard with the "think what we could have gotten" as an anniversary gift. And the idea of a Mario maker. Oh man. If I knew how to make games that'd be so sick.
Capcom didn't want an online multiplayer Resident Evil, they wanted a game to introduce to the competitive gaming scene because at the time Umbrella Corps released Overwatch 1 was a BIG success and Capcom wanted to have a piece of that pie.
I think this is legitimately the first time I've seen Bawk rage at anything RE related

Resident Evil needs another Raccoon City story, centered around real people, not superhuman action stars.
That's exactly why we need an Outbreak remaster/remake but it seems Capcom has other plans, sadly.

I remember the trailer for this game looked amazing! It looked like a metal gear spy game into the RE series, I thought sneaking into the 4 village during Leon’s time there and doing other spy shit was what was gonna happen and I got excited, I don’t remember the game being this bad… then again I was 14 coming off RE6 and hating it! After all 4 is my favourite game of all time. Man what a shame for an anniversary game. Imagine if they had made a sequel to this game💀

I actually found this kind of unwatchable. The game is *much* worse than I expected.
Take away every shred of Resident Evil from this game. Make it generic enemies and generic locations. This is still an absolutely ass game. The camera and the character holding a pistol next to their ear alone should make it against the law for this game to have ever been pressed to a disc 😂
