I am a Vespa lover.. Have been using vespas my entire life.. I am 70 years old.. The present Vespa is A LML STAR from India.. Very good bike indeed.. Very lasting and trouble free.. All repairs from overhauls are done by me.. Never broke down on the roads...
now i am older i am moving over to scooters.. done all the big bike scene... this looks like great fun... no pressure to go stupid fast.. just enjoy the scenery etc.. .. wish id realised this years ago.. all my bike pals have disappeared now.. time for me to enjoy the steadier pace.. i have a 300forza... and think i will get a trad vespa for fun..those sunny days when theres nothing to do except ride the lanes.. lovely
Me too..and i'm 73 years old! It is a so nice bike, espacialy in the mountains like Vercors or Alps! Somebody said: "there are no good bikers but only old bikers"...Good ride! A lonely french rider.
Owning & riding old vintage Vespas & you have to know how to work on them. That pretty much goes with the territory of owning & operating any old vintage vehicle whether it's a scooter, motorcycle or automobile. The cool factor is very strong with those older Vespas & their aged, dented patina but it's almost a full time job maintaining them.
Never been a fan of videos featuring scooters or motorcycles with music soundtracks. I'm here for those sexy Vespa scoots baby! I wanna hear them & your cursing & laughter along the way. I'll give you this though, that video was cool AF! I'll be looking for more groovy scooter uploads from you. This one got an enthusiastic thumbs up from me. Cheers from Vancouver Island, BC, Canada.

Weil das bei einer alten Vespa und Autos einfach dazu gehört und man diese auch noch am Straßenrand wieder zum laufen bringen kann, während alle Neuen Fahrzeuge unbedingt einen Computer brauchen und wenn man das nicht abkann, ist man auf einer alten Vespa Fehl am Platz und sollte sich mit einem dieser neuen "Plastikbomber" begnügen, die einen "Computerunterstützt" von A nach B bringen !! Einfache Technik, einfach zu Reparieren !!
@@Scooterboys Ich versteh den Punkt, allerdings habe ich bei Neufahrzeugen noch nicht erlebt, dass sie liegen bleiben, oder ein paar Tausend Kilometer nicht ohne Panne durchstehen. Ich habe selber den A-Schein und die neuen Dinger laufen halt einfach: mehr Zeit für Spaß und weniger für Pannen! Darauf wollte ich eigentlich hinaus. Aber klar, wenn das Basteln jemand Spaß macht, ist es durch nix zu ersetzen, ne?

Kann mir jemand erklären, weshalb die alten Vespas in jedem Trip-Video auf TH-cam kaputt gehen? Und wieso keiner neuere nimmt um das zu verhindern?
