As-salamualaykum, I'm glad to see another video, Alhamdulliah. I wanted to say please be careful taking anxiety medication . They can be very addictive . I suffer from anxiety as well. I started taking meds. They made me feel worse. I was seeing a therapist who helped . The thing that helped me the most was dua . Getting closer to Allah ta Ala and prayers and lots of dithkur. You can try getting homoeopathic medicine for that , it truly helps, those medications they give from pharmacy are not good and it's really a temporary solution . 5 prayers are over all the best medicine for the soul❤

Just started the video and I’m new to your channel. Do you still work as an ultrasound tech? Cute baby 😊. Also, perhaps you should consider quitting coffee for long term…you’ll see wonderful health results and you’ll be able to ease yourself off the anxiety medication which has side effects. Coffee triggers anxiety in many people and once they get off it it seems to get better, but pairing it with prescription medication is not always the best idea ❤. Sending healing thoughts.
