Very random tank for me. One game you meet a sweaty, gold spamming Iron Arnie who will frontally ammo rack you with every shot. The next game you block 4000+ and collect six kills. Try to engage at longer ranges, and always keep moving the cupola
The rng today broke me. A few good games and then the fixed rng kicks in to 'balance' the game. It's driven so many players away. As has the mm, arty, wheels
This tank doesn't need to sidecrap at all, just peek out, angle it a little bit (5-10 degrees) then even obj 703 II with 270mm heat penetration would have a hard time to penetrate this tank, cuz the lower plate is even thicker than the upper plate.
After I got the renegade I completely stopped playing this thing. Renegade is much better in almost every aspect (except armour but if you play properly that shouldn't be a problem)
Agreed, the liberte just doesn't really have anything to offer anymore. Gun is ruined by the awful gun handling it seems to have. For some reason this 100mm French gun seems to be cursed when I play it it can never hit shit. Renegade is better in pretty much every way
Renegade is not straight up better imo. Aside from the turret the hull armor is much weaker. I also get penned in the cupola much more when I play Rene compared to the liberte. However I agree, that Rene has more potential in the hands of a strong player.
I just can't make this thing work for me, normally I have reasonable games in heavies but my WR is in the 30s /shrug I guess play tonight and see what difference I notice compared to the vid
@vielidabdic7086 that's mostly true, until they shoot gold straight through your turret lol. I also 3 marked this tank. I like it. Decent armor and decent fire rate. But I also like the play style that tanks like this offer. Similar to super pershing, iron arnie, Renegade, T110E5 and the French heavy tech tree. This Amx isn't the best, but it can still hang if used right. People underestimate the armor and fire rate of this tank one on one sometimes. Block a shot and shoot them twice kind of tank. 🤪
honestly not as bad as people think it is. sure it's not the most meta-breaking tank or whatever but it's a fun tank to play with. plus, it easily counters the bz-176 because people playing that tank will never shoot the cupola for some reason, and only do 30-50 damage. biggest problem i have with it is the gun handling. sometimes you just miss easy shots and there isn't much you can do about it.
Good luck try to snipe that cupola on the BZ-176 you can't even overmatched the roof of your gun caliber is bellow 124mm (yes is 41mm roof Russian 122 can't overmatched it) But you can still rely on my and my O-HO (149.1mm derp gun) if you have trouble fighting those tanks >l:)
@@AetherYes pretty easy solution to that. rush the bz-176. you can't do that? wait for the right moment, and then rush the bz-176. although it's more likely that the bz-176 is the one rushing you. also, you can shoot the bz on top of the turret simply because the libertè is taller xd
The problem of liberte is the existance of renegade that is a better tank in pretty much every way. Good tank but bit outdated. Maybe with bit more alpha it would be a more competetive option.

T26E5 Patriot is a better tank. If you can work the 240 alpha. It has better DPM, better turret and alot faster n flexible. It makes lots of credits cuz the ammunition is so cheap.
I don't like this tank. Maybe because I don't know to play it or I don't know how to take profit. But is a tank I don't know how to worth it. I prefer my first premium heavy tank tier VIII, 50TP pr
Idk, I think this tank is a very overrated bond tank. Even after the buffs. It’s sluggish, It can’t side scrape. The frontal armor stops working when people have 250 pen or if you expose a pixel of your cheeks. Paper cupola. Oh and the gun can’t hit. French 100mm gun curse lol. Not my cup of tea.

Lately it doesn't really matter what tank you play, the game is overwhelming. This doesn't deserve my time anymore.

Gun handling is shit. Also that cupola is shit. Alpha is 300 but most of the time you're hitting 280-ish damage.
