The brand is Pocher. You can find them on eBay.
Did this kit come completely disassembled or did you have to disassemble an F40?
The engine was partially assembled. That was it.
Wheels aluminium?
The upgrade wheels that came with it were. I used the standard plastic wheels and sold off the extras.

you use autograph kit for upgrades, am I correct?
It came with a incomplete Autograph kit. So some upgrades are Scale Details.
