I need deliverance and the strength to stay and don't go back to the world. Drug addiction has infected most of my family. I am in need!
Please pray for me , I had a heartbreak which threw me into a breakdown and I'm finding it hard to go on. Severe anxiety and depression. I've lost everyone as not able to go out and the anxiety is so bad it's hard to be with anyone. I ask God in prayer to help me and help me for last 5 years. I miss my family and grandchildren so much, my son's don't seem to care about me and I'm feeling broken. Please please pray for me, my body is breaking down since all this happened. I'm losing hope. Please God help and heal me.

C.S. Lewis said don't lose hope, God will surprise you. I have been in states much like you describe. Circumstances change. Do you have a doctor or someone like that who could help you with the severe anxiety, just for awhile. Veterans with severe PTSD have gotten relief from lithium orotate, (not the same as lithium carbonate) so look for information about that. I understand about it being hard to be with anyone, I was that way for awhile. I will pray daily that the Comforter will come to you. If it is difficult to eat, at least drink a nutritious drink every day, with organic minerals and vegetables. Your children and grandchildren are incapable of understanding your heartbreak; it's not their heartbreak and they simply can't understand. Try to understand and accept that as best you can. I will also pray that a person will appear that you can pour out to. So vitally important and cathartic. Also, don't forget to breathe deeply every time you remember to do so. Also, drink GOOD water. Spring water you can trust from the grocery store. Someday you will understand why this is happening and what its purpose was. Talk to the Creator and Christ as though they were right there with you, because they are. Sometimes my prayer has been simply Oh God Oh God Oh God. Someday you will know. Patience is hard. I won't forget you.
May the love of God, through God's Son Christ Jesus heal you immediately. If only u believe. It's NOT about emotions but knowing you have a future. Eternal life is now, not when you die. Be encouraged. Open your Bible prayerfully. God is faithful. I was in the same boat. Ppl are tortured without Christ. Don't despair. Pray they SEE Jesus ad their very life. He DIED FOR YOU ALL. Definitely don't keep it on your poíllow close to your headAnd especially not during sleep, when your body is the most vulnerable.AT least use a PC with wire, and as many meters from your sleeping body as possible. Since childhood I felt unfit. When I was 9 I felt the only way my existence would be useful would be for me to die and my organs be donated to someone more deserving. I had several unsuccessful suicide attempts. Fast forward. I'm 34 I am married excepted Christ as my lord and Savior. Have a son. And that was after reading every other thing possible. Jesus is all that is good and true never again will I feel the way. It's possible to change. You just have to realize that all the other options cause unending despair.

We tend to focus on being unworthy, which is true, but we are worthy because Jesus removed those filthy rags so that the Father only sees the clean creature that He intended. I see that clearly now. I started listening 3 days ago with the phone on my pillow before falling asleep. It's helping my anxious thoughts. Now in the morning first thing I listen to is this man's soft yet firm voice as he talks about God through the writings of Mr.Lewis. Oh how he used him! Most of my judgmenting is really an attempt at self-protection and of not being able to handle theb burdens from others, the negativeinfluence from others.
