Thank you for this man, before this I was very stick to the book and I had to have tabs because I couldn’t feel out the picking pattern but this song has progressed me and taught me to have my own flow

Im not sure why but i am struglling to make my intro sound like yours, when i add in 6 to 3 to 4 it just doesnt sound right. When you are going slow it sounds the exact same but when i try to speed it up it just sounds wrong

Once you get the pattern in your head that you should be playing, find a song on TH-cam and slow the rate of play down to something manageable for your fingers. Drill the pattern with a song over and over again to build muscle memory.
im still pretty early in my guitar stages and am learning this, its very difficult mainly the picking pattern, do you have any tips to practice the pattern?
Hey Kai, it is definitely a difficult picking pattern. I would suggest playing along with a TH-cam of the original song except click the cog wheel at the bottom of the video and slow the playback speed down until it's at a level that you can feel yourself picking in correct pattern with the track... then practice at that slower speed to get the muscle memory of the pattern in your fingers
